I visited this field today. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I usually do my paintballing at new gen. I like it there because of the proshop, however is not very suiting for a family to play. Extreme outdoors has a very large woodsball feild and a sup air speedball feild. the woods ball feild has a castle, firebase, and a village which is currently under construction. The feild is designed wonderfully. The needs of all players of all genders and skill levels are helped and are cared for equally. Pro shop is a little lacking in markers, however makes up for it in other areas. I was very impressed with the quality of the feild and the people at this feild. If you and your friends and family want a environment where you dont have alot of profanity and you would like to be surrounded with nice Christian people and have fun, you will have a great time here. I highly reccomend this feild.
Extreme Outdoors has finished the ProShop and has a great facility.
The woods field has several huge features, a 2 story castle, a firebase, and a village. I'm not a woods guy, but a lot of people seem to really like it.
I enjoy going out there because there is usually a group of tournament level players there on sundays practicing. They run discounts on sunday afternoons, and they keep the field clean and in good shape.
The owners don't let players throw fits or curse or anything like that. That is a major reason I hang out there, the quality of the people. The only other field in the area I frequent is Gold Dragon for the same reason. Great people.
The paint prices are reasonable, and on sunday's the cost to play is very low. The only draw back I can really see is location for some people. For me they are 10 minutes from my driveway so I love it.
I really enjoyed this field, the staff there is very friendly and helpful. They play all kinds of different games on their woods course. I would have to say that this field just blow my mind it was so great. I believe that next weekend I am going to go back there and play a few games.
Alright I am now a member of this fields "home team", but I will keep this review unbiased.
Really good field. friendly staff, cheap prices, really good competition, nice 5 man supair. Its only $10 for field fee and all day air on sundays. The field is set up on crushed gravel, or "crush and run" I believe. It was fun playing in it, b/c Ive only played on grass and carpet. They have a huge area cleared out and leveled for a 10 man field. They recently opened up their new pro shop and its looking great! The players are really nice, I even saw a few people I had known from a tournament last year, they play on the clemson college team and they were reffing that event. Shoot, I even saw a couple of 12 year olds who had only been playing for 8 months or so, and for their age they were straight up ballin! =] The staff usually hangs out and watches all the games, and if you did something wrong they will usually help you out with it because it's easier to tell what happened from a spectators view.
But every field does have at least one bad point. One thing that was kind of annoying was all the gritty crap I found all over both my markers when I got home. If you plan to play here, make SURE you have a nipple cover on your tank, so the grit wont cycle through your gun and tear it up. But you will really only get the stuff all over if your diving or sliding around, so the back guys dont have much to worry about.
Overall, this field has had the best competition I've come across. For me, the more skilled they are, the better. Because the only way you can become better, is by playing people more skilled than yourself, and thats what I'm going for.

The closest field to this one is the New Gen indoor field on Pickens highway towards greenville.
Review:
First off I must say that this field is great. Altough a good bit of it is still under construstyion they wasted no time making it able for people tp play. The have a full sized five man field and the ten man field will be finished by summer. The woodsball field is an excellent place for scenario games with such added features as a castle, a fire base and a village. Though they do not have a "completed" proshop they are doing thier best to help an accomadate those that are there to play. Both the owners are great and freindly people and I have had the pleasure of not only doing business with them (which I will continue to do) but also playing with them on thier field as well. This is agreat field and once eveything is finsihed it wil be the best around.
