Official Paintball Games of Texas (Forney) Paintball Field
Fort Paintball, Farmers Branch Paintball, Fun on the Run
Review:
This is THE field to go to if you're in the Dallas area. They have great refs that actually check people and actually chrono people's guns. The fields are great and now they have an Xball field up which is awesome. They have hot food and cold drinks. They have 4500 psi nitro fills which is awesome if you have that size tank. There are always teams there on Sunday's to scrimmage and you can practice with just your team if you want as well. All in all this is the best field in the Dallas area hands down.
the best field i ever played at many good refs a large variety of Fields, and it is covered and has grate techs. they have some of the best staff ever. the referee are fair and if u cheat 2 times they kick you for good.the best edvice i have is to play clean.
WOW! What can i say? I love this place. 10 Fields, amazing refs who actually do there job. At least 4 refs per walk on group and actually make people re-chrono their guns. Refs who will actually help you not make fun of your equipment or other things. They like to have people return and are extremely friendly and the fields are awesome. Plus everything is organized, and covered staging areas. They also have a real shooting range with targets so thats kool. I really don't think i will want to go play anywhere else. Sure its in the middle of nowhere but its well worth the drive. An awesome field which everybody should play at!
A new paintball field opened up in October in Combine (right outside of Crandall) but it doesn't compare to Official.
Review:
Official is a fun place to play at even though the prices are a little high. It has a variety of fields from woods to speedball. All the games are fun and exciting. They have drinks and food you can purchase if you get hungry. They will fix your gun if you have a problem with it. You can buy guns, paint, accessories, and many other thing inside the store out there. I recomend Official Paintball to everyone around the Crandall, Combine, Forney, Kaufman area.
Not many fields can compare to Official Paintball.

Great place to have a good time. Great for group get togethers or team practice. They have many wooded fields and 3 speedball fields for you tourny players. Almost every Sunday you can catch a team practice. I am not much for wooded fields so I spend all day on the cyber field or the NEW SPOOL field. The spool field is very compact and if you are not playing with a well coordinated team or unit then its bye bye to you. Check it out yourself!
Fort paintball - Still pretty new, but has some good speedball fields, little cheaper for me, and much closer.

I like the fields here a lot. It's a good blend between speedball and woodsball. The staff is great too, and they make sure everyone has a good time. I also like the walk on groups. Usually pretty big, and lots of decent players. The prices are kind of steep for me when you add it all up. $7 admission, $7 BYOP, and $20 air, makes one hefty admission fee. I usually will buy my air by the fill, but it only winds up saving me a few bucks. Of course you can forgo the $7 BYOP, but the cases are $70, so... you're still losing like $3. Also the field is also in the middle of nowhere, and a little hard to find the first time. Once you get all of that taken care of though, it's actually a pretty fun day. I haven't been there in some months, but they used to (and probably still do) take a lunch break in the middle. (they switch out all the rentals as there's one group pre-lunch, and one post-lunch) I don't mind breaks, but usually I'd rather be playing. Also, they usually won't let a small group go out and play a few refless games. In some ways that's good, but I rather enjoy some quick games with friends at the end of the day.
Anyway, I like playing there, so all in all I'd give 'em a... hmm... 9 I guess... If they would just drop their prices a little, they would be higher... but $34 plus paint is a little daunting.
DFW Adventure Park is no comparison to Official Paintball Games of Texas. Adventure park was still under construction and the fields aren't big. OPGT fields are great! They are big and spacious. OPGT blows Adventure park out of the water!!
Review:
OPGT is one of the best fields in the DFW area. The refs are excellent and are very good with their calls. The staff at the store and at the park are wonderful. The gun techs are very helpful and usually can fix your gun problem in a timely manner. Every time I play at Official, I always walk away happy. 56 acres!! Nough said. Large and spacious fields. There are at least 8 fields that I know of and wouldn't doubt if there were a few more. Did I mention the great staff?!?! These guys are great!! If you live far away from Forney, make the drive. It's worth every cent you spend at the field!! I'm giving this field a 10 b/c of the great staff, spacious fields, and for the refs. Everyone should play at least one time at this field. You won't regret it! For more info about this great field, go to www.officialpaintball.com. You can see photos of the fields and scenario games, info about upcoming tournaments, specials at the store, and much, much more!!!
