-Lots of Fields
-Alot of People
-Big games are lots of fun
-Some refs are immature
-They Hot Fill the tanks (Fill in like 10 secs)
-Must jump through hoops just to fill out the waiver
-One employee filled my friends nitro tank to 4000 psi and it was a 3000 psi tank, naturally the burst disk blew and his tank was out of action until they fixed it.

I rate this field above average. They have some very fun fields. The tower field is a great trench warfare field, it is exciting to play and is in good condition. The speed ball courses are in fair condition, need to fill in the mud puddles, and are good sized. the hyperball field is good sized and exciting, good cover from both ends. They have recently redone their air-field, it is now one of the best I have seen. I like Dave, the head-hauncho, but some of the refs lack ambition or just don't care. I like the fact that you can bring your own paint, not many fields allow that. I would suggest this field to anyone from new to pro. There are always plenty of people to play with and many courses to try.
Apocolypse has some very nice fields. The ref we had was giving advice to a torunament team that was playing against the rec-ballers during a couple of games. That was kind of unprofessional. Do it outside of the game or with players that are out... not currently playing. Also they have a "suggested" rule of not shooting a player at very close range and instead calling for them to surrender. Make it a rule or get rid of it.... don't make it a suggestion! One of my team mates bunkered 3 tourny guys, from less than 8 feet, and yelled, "You're out!" 2 of them put their plugs in while the third paused and shot him. Our motto is next time we play at Apocolypse we'll just light them up no matter what the range....
Apocalypse is awsome. There are so many diferent fields to play on and they have lots of tourneys. Woods play is big at Apocalypse, they have a 10 man and a 7 man woods field. They also have an inflatables course. The tower field is also really fun with its two huge trentches and 2 story tower. My favorite field though is the hyper ball field. Its good cuse its netted up so you can watch with your goggles off. The main downer to Apocalypse is the fact that their paint is really expensive if you dont bring your own. 100 a case for blaze paint. Everything else is pretty cheap but the rental guns chop paint. Happy balling!
apocalypse is the best. good fields, nice refs, good airsmith, nice atmosphere, free lunch. their airball field is awesome when they have it up, hyperball is nicely set up, and so r their speedball courses. the tower and the village are a waste of paint, dont bother playing them. apocalypse has a very safe atmosphere and some of the ppl who work there may seem mean but theyre really not, jus dont do nething unsafe or against the rules and theyre super nice to u. apocalypse is the best pb place dont go newhere else!!!!!!!
This place was ok. It wasnt the worst i have ever played at but it certaintly wasnt the best. The owner and his wife are ver friendly people and they take good care of the people that come there. I have never liked woodsball and this place kinda reinforced that deep hatred but their speed ball fields were pretty good, although i never saw their airball field. their BYOP policy has got to be the best i have ever heard of. decent prices and great refs made it a worthwile trip but it had way to much woods ball for my likeing. over all a good place if you like woodsball and cant find anywhere else to play speedball.
this field rocks!!! the owner dave and helper shannon are probably the best people in paintball! they are friendly and helpful and always there for anything from info to letting you use a tank when you're in a tourney when yours takes a dump right before the finals!! this field is paintball to the second demension they have a well stocked pro shop and the air smith can fix just about anything you throw at him and they always throw in a free lunch (speghetti and meatballs) so i ask you where else can you find that? the fields are laid out nice and with the addition of the now grass sup air field it's the place to be if you want to play some excellent rec ball or some serious tounament play!! i live 50 miles away but the drive is well worth it, yes dave does tend to get alittle loud when it comes to safety but hey i would to the refs are fair and the games either rec ball or touneys are run on time to give the players the most time on field for their money no down time because the refs are'nt into it like some other fields by beloit! they keep things moving and if you really want to play paintball instead of standing around waiting for the field to open or the refs to show up or the pro shop to get their shiz together go to apocalypse you won't be disappointed! this field is definetly a 10 nothing else
THIS FIELD IS GREAT ......AIR BALL, HYPERBALL, SPEED BALL, AND LOTS OF PLAYERS YOU SHOULD ALWAYS BE GUARANTEED A GAME AT THIS FIELD,,,,,OPEN PLAY IS GOOD....THE HERDS OF PLAYERS CAN BE ANNOYING AND GET IN YOUR WAY SOME TIMES BUT WHAT CAN YOU DO......TOURNYS ARE BIG , LOTS OF TEAMS.....SOME OF THE TOURNY TEAMS....CAN GET A LITTLE HOT HEADED , BUT THATS PB EXPECT IT......THEY ARE CURRENTLY PLANTING GRASS ON THE AIRBALL FIELD AND IT SHOULD KICK AZZ WHEN DONE.......ONE SUGGESTION PUT IN SPECTATOR BLEACHERS/AREAS SO FANS CAN WATCH TOURNYS AND GET FIX HOLES IN NETS....SO THEY FEEL SAFE....OTHERWISE CRAZY MAD GAMES PLAYED HERE CHECK IT OUT
This place is totally awesome. The people there are really cool, like the airsmith who tends to give out parts if your gun needs them, the refs are always really cool, they let you use your own paint (but not in tourneys), have Diablo Infernos, Tippmann A-5's, and they used to rent 68 Mags, but I'm not sure about now. The paint is as expensive as it would be if, say you bought it online but it's Diablo Blaze. It's guaranteed to be fresh paint, so no chopping worries but the bore size may not be right for some people's barrels.
The fields themselves are very cool and very well taken care of, with the exception that in this season there's a lot of thorns. Last Thursday I jumped into a bush to get out of the line of fire, only to jump right back out due to those darn thorns!
As for some other things, a lot of people say the owner, Dave, is kind of mean. They're right for the most part, but he's not as bad as a lot of people say he is. As for the strictness a lot of people complain about, 99% of the time it's for your own safety. A few months ago some idiot shot the barrel plug out of his barrel and hit a kid in the head. So it's purely for your own safety.
The pro shop that they have there has really good prices for most things, once again pretty much on par with online stores
I give them 10/10.

Bfg Paintballl-Bfg has one large field, while apocalypse has many, decent sized fields, the people at apocalypse are also a lot more pleasant than the people at BFG.
My team went here for our first tournament(wildshananagans is on my team) and we got eighth out of 36. Anyways, the fields are very clean and well taken care of and the tourney was well organized. The staff is amazingly nice(except for one reff) and there are about six fields. We even got a sphagetti and meatball lunch included with the tourney fee. Also, when my gun broke down, a national paintball sales rep who worked in the pro shop gave me a brand new iconE, talk about customer service!
My only gripes are that paintballs are very expensive, and that the fields are so close, that you could get hit by another field during a game.
