Good fields. The shocktec field is awsome, so is the X, I'm not to exited about any woods ball, but I guess for woods ball It's fun, but I just don't like woods. They have a gun tech. to fix guns, a store were you can buy stuff if you need any thing, and let you bring your own paint. I would reccomend playing thier.

Other Fields in the Area:
Chicken Hawk - its the best ever
Knights crossing - NEVER GO THERE
Maxium, that place blows, its over priced, service sucks, paint quality sucks (the normal field paint is draxxus whitebox and somtimes they only have walmart paint.) the acctual fields are ok, but there are some much better ones in the area. they have an X-ball Field but it takes them like 3 hours to get the field blown up. The Woodsball field is cool but its not balenced, basically if youre on the top of the hill your team will win. Hands down. serioulsy if you want to play paintball, playing it in you back yard is better and alot more fun. the people at maxium are stuck up, and think that if your new you shouldent be here. It seioulsy sucks, go to Chicken Hawk.

Ths field is fun to play on if you fel like getting shot in the face. A kid with a gun on 350 feet per second shot through the nets and hit my friend in the waiting area on the lip. A little higher and the shot would have blinded him. Other than that it has some decent fields like hyperball, shocktech, xball, and woodball.

Maximum is a good and bad field. - it has the potential to be a lot better.
The fields are in pretty good shape with a few exceptions. Plenty of cover
The refs are ok. (Could be a little older).
A cross section of players makes it a nice game.
Younger and older players mix pretty well.
Cost is good.
The walk ons are always welcomed.
If you open at 10:00 then have the fields blown up at 9:00. People that get there in time to open would like to play not watch the refs blow up the fields. - When those kids are on the fields doing the job they represent Maximum, The should act like it.
Mow the fields unless your changing air ball to woods ball. - Fields need to be maintained.
Clean up the trash - When you arrive in the morning the garbage cans should not be overflowing.
Fix the nets before someone is hurt. some of the nets have dropped in elevation to the point of danger.
Owner or manager needs to spend more time out by fields, I believe this would put an end to a lot of the little things.
$55 for 2000 paintballs. Unsure on the brand
Rules (that i can recall):
No bunkering (There is a paper on the door that alot of people dont see. Its called "rules". One of them includes bunkering. Still, the friends of the owners and sponsored teams like to bunker relatively new people, and usually make unintelligent smartass comments)
Barrel Plugs are always required when you are not on a field. Refs inforce this, and on some occasions will make the trip accross the lot just to remind you. They are nice about it however.
Remember there are no permanent refs at this field. There might be 1 or 2 people in the shop that ref for people, but most refs are volunteer. The ones I have encountered are thourough, and usually helpful.
The main 2 guys have an average outlook for people. The sponsored team and the owners son are unintelligent smartasses who make racial remarks. I can remember my first time going there (and first paintball experience in general), and having my friends' mom freak out because she heard him saying racist remarks. They do a poor job inflating bunkers sometimes. I suggest not going right as they open, since the bunkers wont be blown up; you will then be limited to woodsball and the small hyperball field.
The nicest ones are the experiences ones that hang out and help the new guys. The jerks are the ones with all their paintball gear the comment on everyone's game and constantly look down on the less experienced. If they try to sucker you into a game on the airball field, decline. My group knows for a fact some wipe paint, and have even seen the paint burst on them while they stay in. The refs (friends of theirs) dont say anything.
Last time I was there, they moved the hyperball field to the back, and now have 2 airball fields. The airball fields are ok, but I didnt appreciate the half-inflated bunkers. A tall-standup even fell over while I was behind it. The ground is mediocre to average. At times, somebody needs to get a mower out there. The woodsball is great, when its cleaned up. The top bunker sits on a top hill, and usually has the better advantage. The paint is $55 for 2000, $30 more than I pay for some thick Zap paint. The $10 all-day-air is good, and I always purchase it.
I do plan on going back, because its the closest field to me, and I generally like it. Church groups get a small discount also.

tTis field is the best field out of any that i have ever played in Georgia. It has a great staff and nice fields. The only thing that they could improve on is the new shocktech field they got up. The far side closer to the shop doesn't provide ebough cover. Tut other than that it rules.
well this field is bad except the refs. ive been there a lot and the refs were never there so me and my friend were asked by Shane to ref on the weekends. but other than the refs never showing up this place is awesome. the atmosphere is awesome and the players there are cool sometimes. GO PLAY HERE FIRST CHANCE YOU GET!!!!!!!!!!

The staff was great. The owner made sure that everyone was taken care of. The fields were pretty nice, but the ground was... Spongey... And it hasn't rained for a while... The layout of the Shocktech field wasn't that great. It didn't really give any great lanes or anything. Seems like it was just sort of thrown together. The X-ball field needed a better snake. The Hyperball field was pretty nice, made for good 3 man games... The woodsball field just flat out sucked though... lol

This field is one awsome. Their teams Priotry 1 and 1Priotry are awsome. All the refs are fare and enforce the rules to keep everyone safe as can be. The owner Shane is a great guy who helps as much as he can with any problem. I recomend you to come out and take a look.
Maximum is a really cool place to play paintball. I went there playing for only my 3rd time, and the guys there really helped me out. They fixed my gun, showed me some bunker tricks and by the end of the day I was playing on the airball field with them instead of the woods. I loved this place and will definitely be going back alot in the future. I dfeinitely reccomend it. not only because its such a great place to play, but also because the prices are so good! Cheapest paint ive ever seen.
