I played at Rocky Creek this weekend and I really liked the place. The owner was really nice, a few people in my group had some problems with their guns, but the owner and another guy behind the counter were quick to fix them. The refs had a steady stream of games going about every 5 minutes after the last game ended. The owner was really big on safety and I even saw a player asked to leave for unsportsmanlike conduct. After he had already been shot out, he kept shooting a player at close range repeatedly, which was nice to see because I wouldn't want that happening to me. The ref asked my whole group which fields we liked and it seemed like we were getting our money's worth. I would happily play at this field again if any of my friends wanted to go out and play.
First Strike - okay field, good for scenario games
Directions to the Field:
go south on archer road until you hit 107 street (turn right, its a dirt road), then take the first right on the dirt road. There will be a sign

I have been playing paintball for awhile and I haven't been to many fields, but I can tell you that this is a great field to play at when you are looking for a fun day. Its not that far of a drive. The paint is a little expensive, but every business has to make a profit, right? The fields are awesome. There are three speedball fields (one airball and two hyperball) and two woodsball fields. The refs are nice, they are teenagers but they know what they are doing and they are fair towards the players. Overall this is a great field for new players and experienced players. So if you want to have a fun weekend of paintball then come out to rocky creek paintball.
9 out of 10

-great for a weekend out with friends
-fields are great
-prices are nice!!! cheap paint ($45 for premium and 55 for marbalizers) and average prices for air ($15 all day air and $5 a fill for HPA, CO2 is like $2 for 9oz and 5 for 20oz
-refs are young, but they are really fair, they definitley know what they are doing. they are also players themselves
-the owner is nice, but people think he's mean cause he yells a lot, he does that only when someone is walkin off the field without a barrel plug or sumthin like that.
-they are REALLY strict on the saftey, always chrono too
-rentals arent bad but they arent ego's neither...
-players are friendly, i knew most of em, the ones i didnt were good players, they never tried to cheat or anything (that im aware of)
-food was amazing!!!, $1 sodas and good soup for lunch
-hours are cool and really good for a weekend schedule
-the refs and other players all helped out when someones gun messed up or jammed
all in all great for rec ball
(may seem like a dump coming in, but its really nice, DONT BE FOOLED!!!!!!!!!)
overall: 9

Rocky Creek Paintball is a fun and safe paintball at. Ive been there a total of 4 times and there hasnt been once time where I didnt have for. They also have snacks and beverages that players are able to buy. I recommend anybody that wants to have fun to visit Rocky Creek Paintball.
Rocky Creek Paintball is the best paintballin' in town. It has great prices and a variety of fields that you can play on. The staff is very helpful and they also make it safe enough for everyone who is anyone to play. The actual place is a little hard to find, but when you do it's well worth it. I haven't had any dull moments going with any of my friends and we always have a good time!
This is an amazing place. My friends have been going here for a while now.

I played one other time in NC and it wasn't very fun. This was SO much better. I really suggest you check this field out.

The field here is AWESOME!!! I really like the way they have the entire thing set up. The gear is pretty cool overall, and it is not very worn. I know that some places have stale refs. and crappy gear, but here that's not how it is. The refs. here are very fair and rules are not bad either. At least they actually enforce them, unlike at other places.
One of the best places in north central florida to have a fun, safe, experiance. Well managed and the staff is very polite. Jim, the owner is a great guy and makes sure everyone is having a good time. He personally takes the time to make sure all the equipment being used is safe and encourages friendly teamplay from everyone involved. Very reasonable rates (buy the all day air, it's worth it) and if you don't own your own equipment there are rentals available for everyone. This field is great for all ages!
This field is the perfect field for anybody. They have airball, speedball, and woodsball. Field setups are always changing and thats what I love about the field. The owner Jim is very generous to new comers and he always encourages saftey to everyone. The refs most of the time let people play what ever game they would like to play. Overall this field is really well set up and its a very fun experience. I give it a 10!
