Review: I have been playing here for 3 years and it has been a life changing experiance. i skip anything i have on saturdays to play and it is worth it. Jut because its a church shouldnt keep you away. there are some of the coolest people i have met in my life there. They dont have rules about bringing your own paint or anything. But they also have a store that come out to sell what you need. Great prices and great fields. 25 acres or free paintball course and a speedball course to go with it. If you live anywere near Ohio check out this field.

Review: WOW! This place is pretty rad. Some of the other fields in the area are pretty cool but this place was great. It would be even better if they had a hyperball course like Paintball Country (I'm a pump player and really dig me some hyperball) but it is still one of the best places I've been to. Everyone that runs the place are really nice. All the players I interacted with are really nice too. Even to a pump monkey like myself. Plus it's free and byop. The speedball course was pretty well setup although right now they only have one. And their woodsball isn't awesome although I only played one woodsball game and only lasted about 5 minutes (the game went on for about 40 minutes). This place has won me over from Paintball Country, which says a lot because I live about 2 miles from Paintball Country and have to drive past it to get to Paintball Junkeez. Next time I go I'm taking all my buddies that play down with me.

Paintball Country- refs ok but the prices are outragous

this is like a hole-in-the-wall place, hard to explain
Review: I've been going to this place every saturday they are open for the last two years. At first there were only 50-60 people there but i went saturday (may 13) there were about 2-3 hundred.
Pros: everything
Critical Mass is there and they have good prices
No field prices
Everybody is nice to you
I only play woods now and then but the woods matches they have are the best i've ever seen
they just got a new speedball field but it hasn't been used yet
if you really want to be on one of your friends team, they will trade
prices on food is awesome, pop for 50 cents, grilled hamburgers for $1.50...
near the end of every season they have a over-night scenario, it was the most fun i have ever had playing paintball and i dont really like woods ball games

Cons: the only true fault to this place is how they dont have a nitro fill station BUT every other weekend one of my friends goes here, he has a scuba tank and offers fills for $2

Houston Woods - Not comparable (alright field, BYOP)
Paintball Country - Not Comparable (I really don't like this field)
Cabin Creek - Alright field, isn't as large
Die Hard - Could be considered better if you like speedball more than the woods
Directions
to the Field:
Ronald Regan to the galbrath road exit, turn left on to galbrath. Next turn right onto daly. Stay on daly for awhile until you head down a hill and turn left onto what should be compton road. The next right is the church.
Review: Paintball Junkeez is the best course I've played at hands down. The fields are huge, the people are amazing. First of all I like to play Woodsball, and not speedball in the woods, I like the game to have an objective and meaning. The field had tons of different missions, including re-spawning ones so any scenario player could easily have fun hear. So please keep in mind that this is my favorite field and if you look for me on Saturday you can bet on me being here, there are a few things that could be changed however.

Safety: This field is safe, the only times when someone could question its safety is over by the chrono as goggles are not required but are strongly recommended. While everyone shoots one direction and I've never seen anyone come close to getting shot I do get a little nervous when the barrel bags come off and kids start shooting. As far as the rules they have bunkering rules and plenty of safe zones. Also since the guys here are so great you don't have to worry about getting shot 300 times in one passing.

Prices: Its free, can it be any cheaper? CO2 prices and paint prices are also the best in the area but its BYOP if you want. I suggest buying paint there however cause then you know its fresh and your helping support the program.

Proshop: No technical "proshop" but they have a store come and bring CO2, plenty of paint, and a couple dozen barrel bags plus a few extras. So don't plan on buying a new marker here but they have almost anything you need. Critical Mass (the shop that comes in) can get you anything you want if your willing to wait. Biggest problem with this field NO HPA FILLS!! I normally go get mine filled up the Friday before which is a pain, I think they should invest in one of those air compressors.

Rules: All the standard rules, no shooting at 10 feet, barrel bags on at all times, field limit 280 fps. All that good stuff

Service: As mentioned above critical mass has excellent service. In addition they also have food around lunch time for very cheap. (1.50$ a cheeseburger) so you cant complain about that. All the people working there are also very nice and will help you as much as they can.

Refs: Ok here is one of the things I can foresee people complaining about with this field but please read the whole paragraph. At paintball junkeez games of 70+ people only have 2 or three refs. HOWEVER! the truth is that the guys here are so nice and honest that that's more then enough. The two refs keep focus on the objective areas and are always willing to help. Just don't expect to be calling paintcheck every 30 seconds as some people do in a speedball area. If you ever have a problem with someone "cheating" or being a jerk bring it up right away as not only will the staff deal with it but the other players as well.

Players: As stated above the guys at PBJ are the best around hands down. The guys here are all up for goods sportsmanship and will always laugh and joke after the game. If anyone does do anything stupid (I've been shot by my own team once or twice) then they are really sorry and will do everything to make it better to you. So if your sick of the typical "I'm awesome you suck" guy then head on over to PBJ.

Fields: Ok here is the kicker they do have a speedball field but if you REALLY want to play speedball I would check out paintball country or even (gah) die hard. But if you just want a break from the woods they do have a speedball course. But for the woods they have an elaborate method to divide their 20+ acres however most of the time they just throw them all into play which creates some crazy games. Also there is a new scenario and new twists to the old scenarios every weekend so if your like me and think elimination is alright once or twice a day but crave something more then you will love it here.

So if you haven't been here before I can see why someone would be a bit squeamish at the idea of only having 2 refs a game but after playing a game or two here you will easily be able to see what I mean that they are just there for safety as everyone there is so honest. The only other pain is having to plan on filling your HPA in advance as they don't have filler there. But either then that if you love to play scenario games then why haven't you played here before!!!!

Review: Awsome refs! Great "scramble em up" setting of walk on players for maximum fun, interesting mix of games. (speedball is available and multiple woods/scenario games)
Best of all.............
ITS FREE TO PLAY!

How can you beat that? All you have to buy is paint and air (available at the field) and they even have a few loaner guns to dish out to newbies! (first come first serve on those though)

they have:
-CO2
-paint
-chronographs
-pro shop
-concessions
-several loaner guns

There are concessions available for lunch (burgers, hot dogs, chips, colas, gatorade and water). There is always a pro shop booth set up with just about ANYTHING you might need to purchase.
There are some great bunkers/forts set up and the terrain is nice and varied, from flat woods to open field to big wooded hills to low wooded creek bed.
KUDOS! to Tim and everyone else who helps put together such a great weekly event!
I give it a 10 !!!!!

Directions
to the Field:

We are based in Cincinnati Ohio about 25 min north of downtown.
-From 75 north or south go to RONALD REAGAN (CROSS COUNTY HIGHWAY). Go west on RONALD HIGHWAY to HAMILTON AVE. North on HAMILTON AVE. to COMPTON RD. East on COMPTON RD. to DALY RD. The church sits up on the hill on your left at the intersection of COMPTON and DALY.
- From 71 north or south go to RONALD REAGAN (CROSS COUNTY HIGHWAY) and follow directions from above.
-From 275 can go to either HAMILTON AVE. or WINTON RD. and head south to COMPTON RD. From HAMILTON AVE. go east to DALY RD., from WINTON RD. west on COMPTON to DALY RD.
Review: Safety: Gotta give it to these guys. There are always enough ref's and they are quick to get involved and call people out asap. As well as makn sure it is known that a player is out. Always fair.

Speed Ball: Not bad, bunkers are of old wire spools and skids built up pretty good.

Woods field: More for me then speed ball. Quite a bit of land set aside for it. 2 forts. They like to do a veriaty of different games so its a good change of pace from game to game.

100% Free if you have your own stuff. They let you bring your own paint, and also have some for sale, have never bought it but there are alot of kids that play there so you know the prices hafta be cheap. 2.00 Air fills!! Cheap COLD drinks, and they cook out all day hotdogs and hamburgers for a great price.

They dont really have a "pro shop" but someone from Critical Mass Paintball is there to fill air and sell paint and a limited selection of accesories.

All in all I can say I am now a dedicated player to this course EVERY saturday. Cant be beat anywhere else. Come on out, ill take it easy on you the first time. :)

Review: FREE! how can you not go and play? the people are cool, the matches are good, and you dont have to buy paint there. it is a good playing field for any level of player. The refs are all volentarry so you know they are only there for the love of the game and not as just a job to make money. The field is HUGH with 2 speed, a range and 2 woods its over 25 acres

Review: Paintball Junkeez is a great place to play

It's free
Bring your own paint/air
If you need paint or air, c02 fills are $2 and paint is cheap
Players and refs/organizers are great
Fields are great
Speedball and woodsball games/variety of scenarios

The only downsides are that it closes at 3 and they don't currently have HPA fills.

Overall, it's a great place to play, and pretty much the ONLY place I play anymore just because it's free (not really an issue) and the people are great.

Review: The best paintball experience i ever had. Every weekend there is always a lot of people. At least 35 sometimes more than fifty. A twenty four hour scenario is coming up on 9-23. There may be a hundred for that. On twenty-five acres there is a lot of area to play, and one speedball field. Many people bring wood for bunkers and it never stops coming. We just added a new fort this weekend in the open field which equals three forts. The play is free! Co2 is only two dollars a fill and food is very cheap. It is a great place to play every weekend and i highly recommend it.
