I participated in a 3 man tournament on August 20, 2005. The owner, field staff, and
refs were all very nice and cordial. The proshop was well stocked and they were able
to do 3000 and 4500 fills on nitro. CO2 was also provided.
The tournament was field paint only, and they had plenty of paint to fit all budgets. For a first time tourney at this field, the staff did a great job. The refs did OK for their first time
in a tournament. Food and drinks were provided at no cost. The field set up was challenging and provided exciting games.
I would definitely come back for another tournament or for just some rec ball.
Miltiys and Coastal both are good but are just to far away.
Review:
It is an good field. There are a couple of speed ball fields up that are pretty good. But recentyl the woods field has been cleared out so it is really good know. The prices are ok nothing that great. The shop is not that big, but it still has some good stuff. Overall a good place to play.
The sportsman's lodge is a great place for fun hard core paintball expecally on Saturdays when are team practices. Steve (the owner) has a very nice field set up and he changes it every week or so, so theres always a new challange.
If anyone comes down you will have a fun time. prices are really cheap also. like 2000 rounds is about 42 dollars. so come on down and have a great time.
