Review: safety the masks and barrel plugs they are extremely strict about. they make sure you have your mask on be for you exit the field and barrel blugs/sleeves on.

the trailers i have a concern about the safety some have bad floors some have slippery floors.

some of the bunkers where built grate and some where built not so grate.

food they have hot dogs which is ok but iv seen other places that had more variety.

they have cold drink soda water Gatorade at pretty good prices.

entry fee is like 15 if you buy there paint and like 25 if you have your own. you can rent for 25 and that includes a piranha, compressed air tank, all day air but you hade to buy there paint which is like 40,45,50 and sometimes 55.

im a rec baller and i felt that i wasn't getting any attention.but he was all over the air ballers.

Review: This is a great place to go and so far the best I've been to in Florida.

Safety
Very safe place to go with young kids or even if you just don't want to be shot in the face off the field. They have chronod everyone’s gun so far 5 out of 5 times I've been there. The refs are alright and will use walkie-talkies to communicate to a ref on the other side of the field to do a paint check. They are good about running in the line of fire to grab someone out if need be.

Fields
I like a variety of fields to play on and this place is got what I’m looking for. Very nice Air ball fields and a X ball on grass. Hyper ball field (which I love) and a graveyard speedball course which is pretty cool. A trailer park course (3 trailers, 2-story fort, and 2 other small buildings) which is alright. You can get shot up close from behind on this course if you’re not careful. My favorite field is the woods Vietnam Village field. This consist of 4 forts, 2 huts, sandbag bunkers, trenches, and a two story tower and a medieval fort. A lot of fields and it is on a rotation so unless you have a large group you’re self expect to get a variety meal of fields.

Prices
Average cost with a membership available for frequent players. Of course it’s cheaper if you buy their paint and its either $40, $45, or $50 a case. Overall I would say it’s defiantly worth the cost.

Proshop
It’s a trailer right next to the staging area. It has a lot of stuff for many types of guns. They will work with you if you ask them for something and they have many types of O-Rings on sight. If they don’t have something they can order it for you if you would like. They do have running water through an outdoor sink if you need water to clean a barrel, but port-o-potties are the bathroom for male and female.

Refs and Staff
They are willing to help and are overall know you are paying their bills. They keep games rolling with a loud speaker system with 2 minutes after each game. I normally play between 10-15 games if I get there when they start and leave at close.

Food
They have one 20minuate lunch break at about noon where they offer hotdogs. They have Gatorade and water for sale all the time. If you must there are gas stations within driving distance if you rush during the 20min break.

Players
I have been to this field 5 times and every time I had at least 10 people on my team at the start of the day and at least 20 by noon. This means there was a total of 20 people at least in the morning and 40 at least 40 by noon. Great place to go if you like playing with a larger number of people. They do take private groups as well, but I think you will have to call ahead so they can have the appropriate staffing.

Overall, I would highly recommend this field. I will continue to visit other fields in Florida, but so far I will consider this field my “home and favorite field”.

Review: Gator Paintball is great! more fields than any of the other fields that I have been to, 3 air ball fields and alot of woods ball courses. The prices r unbeatable there, and the quality of their paint and equipment is great. But their Service is even better. Tim is a nice guy who always helps the customers out, and the refs are friendly and hard working. There is always water or Gatorade available, and thats really good to have considering it is Florida..There is always alot of games going on, and the other players there are just as friendly as the staff, you have all sorts of people going there. If you are looking for a fun time, then I think gator is the place to be.

Review: i have been to alot of paintball feilds on of my buddy's told me about this place i went on a saturday i meet the owner tim he is a realy nice guy.The prices are cheap i didnt bring paint so i bought paint their good prices on paint and it shot great. The reffs there were realy friendly, ive been to other feilds and the reffs were not nice didnt care about the costumers. They made fair teams, they turned the games around fast and i like playing alot of games and we got alot of games in. The feilds were fun i like the trailers and the hyperball the best. we played every course a couple games. Then at the end of the day we played air ball and ive never played that before that turned out to be realy fun. I think this is the best feild ive ever been to im startin to go there every other weekend. I dont think i would try another feild this feild is the greatest i would tell everyone i know about this feild.

I have played at Elite in Spring Hill, and Ledgen's Field in Hudson. Elite is small, but quiet and amiable. Ledgen's is HUGE and extremely clean. The owners are great people and everybody is UBER friendly, but the best part is the incredible number of games you can get in in one day! (approx. 15-20 compared to Gator's measely 4 or 5 games)

Review: This was THE WORST painbtall experience of my entire paintball career. There were at least 10 kids running around that couldn't have been a day older than 8. One of them was ON MY TEAM during a woodsball game and shot me in the back of the head from about a foot away. I got out of there with 3 games under my belt and one heck of a headache, not to mention the prices are rediculous and I wound up spending a total of $50 (not including paint). Gator is a good field for teams because they are allowed to play unlimited games on their own seperate airball field ALL DAY.

Review: This is a very good paintball field.
They let you fill up your own nitro tank so you know its full.
It is a very well managed paintball field.
The referese are the actual Gator paintball team.
Ijust went to Break 50 Paintball (the field)
And it has no woodsball,im a airball kinda person so im happy.
If you like woodsball and airball go to Gator
I RATE THE GATOR PAINTBALL COURSE A 10 out of 10

Don't use the google map that they provide on this site...well at least for me it took me through some back dirt road with all sorts of people's houses and no trespassing signs. We detoured around it and found our way easily enough, but I don't know what was up with those directions. Use mapquest or something.
Review: Well, it was my first time at Gator and I have to say I'm impressed by the size of the field and the bunker set ups on the field. They have a lot of great fields to play on and plenty of places to hide even though it does get a little bit crowded for rec ball. I would have liked to have gotten more sup air in, but we only got to play that at the end of the day, which was the best part by far.

There was a little incident when I was there. Someone apparently stole someone else's tank right out of the pro shop. The owner searched through everyone's bags to try to find it for the guy, but I'm not sure he had any luck or if the tank ended up just being misplaced. I don't really know. So anyway, on to the pros and cons.

Pros:
1. Tons of fields, they also tend to incorporate fields together to create a little bit more fun.
2. Nicely kept sup air fields. Love the grass fields. Bunkers needed a bit more inflating though.
3. Friendly service, no one seemed to have an attitude or anything.
4. Prices are about the same as everywhere else so it's reasonable.
5. Lots of places to sit with tables and they have spickets to help wash your equipment clean.
6. Refs were helpful and did paintchecks when they could.
7. Fill your own air...so awesome, no lines.

Cons:
1. Took a bit of time to get some of the games going.
2. No Chrony set out, you have to wait for a ref to help you, which isn't a big deal but can be a problem if you need to tune your gun.
3. Walk on's only seem to get to play air ball in the last hour or so of the day (which is fine for most rec players, but I love sup air)
4. When trying to buy something it was kind of hard to get help, but if you speak loudly enough they'll help you.
5. The refs allow people to shoot before the game starts. One game I got pelted right in the barrell like a minute before the game started. Honestly gator is not the only field around that allows this, but it's starting to really get on my nerves...

Overall I would give Gator a 8 out of 10. It has tons of fields and a decent staff. The cons I placed are more gripes than anything. Overall it was a good field and will go again.
