there arent any that i can think of that are close to it, but the closet one to it is my feild " paint pond" and its not as good yet but it might get there one day.
Review: This is the best field that ive ever played at in my life, i know many others who agree with me. I have a seasons pass and its totally worth it. The staff is friendly, very helpfull, and fair. the price is pretty good . for me its free to get in and $6 per 100 rounds, and free to get in, because i have a pass and a gun. if u have no equipment or pass, its $30 for rental and to get in, and $10 per 100 rounds. and for gun owners its the same but $15 to get in. Season passes are $100 and trust me its totally worth it. if i could give this field a higher rateing I would. O ya , its ture you get about 2 min break between games and the longest walk to any feild u have to make is 2min to 3min.

I Have not been to many fields, but I know a good thing when I see it, wasag beach offers a wide variety of games and fields, giving you an oportunity to play everything from sniper games, tournament style, to bunkers, hostage rescue, you name it, they do it!.
Review: I wen't there with my best friend for the season opener, lots of people were there, about 30-40% were gun owners. We played on everything except the tournament field. Since wasaga beach paintball is just so big, you will do a bit of walking, but this also makes sure you dont get picked off from the other team at start because barely any paintball gun, or none at all can even reach to the other end of most fields. The assault and defend games were great, the buses they provide give great cover if you know how to use them, team work is essential because lone wolfs simply get taken out. The setup could be better, all of the building were wide open, each with atleast 3 different openings to get shot from, yet not many holes just to stick your gun through and force the oponents to flank. Keeping track of who is your team is the worst, all they give you is a little blue armband for one team, and nothing for the other, basically you just shoot at whomever is shooting back at you, beleive me, when you begin to flank on such large fields, things get kinda mixed up. I joined up with 2 big games, 1 was very cool, a big forest lots of trees, and lots of cut down trees for cover, too many people rushed in, we were outnumbered, with all the branches hanging out I could barely get a good shot off, but this just made things more interesting, the field was huge, big enough to get lost in. There was so many people playing it was like a war zone, a one of a kind like experience, near the end we just heard a war cry, and my team of the remaining 10 peoples was sudenly rushed by an army, countless people, flanking, shooting attacking, we started to fall back into out oncoming doom, with ammo running low, people getting shot left and right there was nothing we could do but pile together in a ditch, and hope to survive, that didnt last long... Other great fields included a small sort of like town, but it was only little tiny building with barely anough space to fit 2 people, and even less cover, key was to stay put, and pick of the team as they came at you, mind you, maybe your strategy is different, after all I am a sniper, you dont see me running around. Then theyre was the sand dunes, where I spend about 4-5 games and the final big game (regeneration game), each team usually had about 7-15 players, and the bunkers provided good sniper positions but were easily flanked and were out of range to hit anything valuable, thus causing everyone to move up to the centre bunker, where all hell usually broke lose, there was a trashed bus on the hill, which was rarely used, and dark enough inside so that shooting players was like shooting at a brick wall. I have to give props to the rookies and pro's for doing some fine team work, You can help your team out by pointing out enemy locations, but beleive me, people will not give you suficient cover fire, and people will not rush up with you if you think it's a good time all alone, just wait patiently and you will notice as people move up gradualy to take on the other team, flaking manouvers will take some planing though.

The rental guns are worn down, and sound like old m14's rifles making that metal to metal hit sound when you fire them, even though they are model 98's and provide reliability, the barrels are so torn up you will be forced to move and to take on targets, cant tel lyou much more about them since I only use my own gun.

Long range is esentiual at wasaga beach, and perhaps binoculars might be a good idea, but wont give you much use, it was too bright for me to even think about using my red dot sight since the dot did not even show up, next time i'm mounting the scope for that extra edge.

Overall, wasaga beach provides a relaxing like type of game, where you can get a sun tan while shooting the heck out of your oponents, without any roof over your head you will come home with a tan, musquitos were a problem, but I wear so much camo they just couldnt get at me.

All you snipers out there, this is the field to play on!, and these are my final words, wasaga is definetly worth the time and money and will give you an experience like most fields fail to.

Review: Wasaga Beach Paintball Adventures is by far one of the best fields i have played on. The place is a bit of a drive to from certain places but you will get over it. Wasaga Beach Rents for Newbs and sells high quality guns, for renters they lend you he tippman 98 with a 20 ounce tank, for buyers you will have a wide variety of guns at the shop. Wasaga Beach Paintball also has a feild hut which is where you go to buy your food (yes thats right real food) paint, and FREE refills on air. They have tables which are coverd from the rain or other elments that one might encounter during a day paintball. The have change facilities (with washrooms) they do have portaloos down near the feild hut. The referee's are amazing because if you ask to play a certain style of game they will be more then glad to accomidate your request. I have gotten to meet and know several ref's out there! Their fields are alright but they are still fun. All i can say for Wasaga beach paintball is that you will have nothing but a fun time out there..........

Review: First I'd like to say that you don't go into playing paintball worrying about money. It's an expensive sport and requires a fare amount of money to play and have fun. Second, I dunno what icon was talkin about, I've been playing there for close to 7 years, and it doesn't take 10-15min to get to a field. The farthest field which is in the back corner of their 300acre lot, takes 5 min to walk to.

The field is absolutly awsome, paint is at a fare price, 300acres of land, 7 large outdoor fields, 1 speedball and 1 airball field. Staff are great people, curtious, polite, always willing to help with any problems. Admission is alright $30(I think) for a full day's playing time, gun, overall, 100pb's, free air/co2. $15 for gun owners, free air/co2. $100 for a 1 year membership, free air/co2, 7 cents/pb. Paint is 10cents/pb, prices get cheaper when bought in bulk (ie. $80/1000 pb's)

I give it a 9/10 because a 10 is a perfect and only a free admission, free paint, free air/co2, and open 24/7 field should get a 10

Review: Wasaga out door paintball field is exactly what I expect from a well run out door paintball field. The games that put together are excellent, the management and reffing is up to par and the organization skills of the ownership is what you expect from a field with ppl that run it with care.

I have experienced wasaga many times and plan to visit again and again. They only thing I could complain about is the balls used. Either to large or two fragile, Wasagas choice in paintballs leaves much to be desired. For the newbe renter they offer tippmanns (best rentals out there) and they have so many air fill stations for both constant air and CO2, waiting for a refill does not take long at all.

pros- Friendly staff
lots o "open/player/scenario/closer events w/ food and cheep paint
no hassle getting air
no hassle registering

cons- Paint usually sux
I haven't won a prize from any raffle
everybody is there including ppl that don't like me
Far away from my location...Toronto

Review: Good:

The fields are pretty nicely organized. Staging area is good. Pro shop is well equipped. Refs are good.

Bad:
To much time wasted. You have to walk for 5-10 min to the field (which is OK as fields are big), then you play one round (15 min or so) then instead of switching sides you walk back for 10 min and then there is a minimum of 15 min of waiting to as much as 30 min for hte next game.

At the end of the day you 'll play 3 or 4 games so 1h in total and you'll spend 2-3 h on the bench in the staging area waiting or walking

This could be a very good place to play some paintball if they made breaks shorter and let you play 2 rounds (switch sides) every time you go in the fields.

Review: I play at Wasaga regularly, it's pretty nice. I agree with everyone whos said things. It's a nice clean place with friendly staff and diverse fields. As for prices, they are a bit high, but you pay for quantity and quality folks. I'd give it 9/10. It's really a great place, give it a visit if you're in the area! There's a wide array of speedball and woodsball and to date 1 nicely designed airball field. The environment is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful, I'd especially reccomend their Wayne Dollack Scenarios, amazing! Happy paintballing and have fun.

Review: This field is the best field outdoor field i have ever played on. Nice friendly staff, excellent refs and good prices (cept. for paint) This place is incredible, they not only have tonnes of woodsball fields, they have a desert level with helicopters and bunkers galore, a sweet town, a speedball field and a sup air field. I was amazed at the diversity of the levles. There paintball prices are a little steep but you can get a membership for the year for only $100!!! they also have free air and c02. They repair your gun for dirt cheap, and they got a proshop onsite with some good deals. All in all this is a A+++ field and deserves to be checked out. Im giving it a 9 outta ten caus nuthin is perfect, but this place sure as comes close

Review: Wow. What a field!

This place is great! It doesn't have just one, or two fields, it has a whopping 7 fields! I don't know any other places around here that can touch this. The weather is usually beautiful , the games are great and well thought-out. The refs are very professional - they actually call people out in rec games! Even if you don't like woodsball, they do have a speedball field. If you are picky, and hate seeing paint and goo everywhere, don't worry, this place is cleaned naturally. The cover ranges from natural trees to buses to log piles to satellite dishes to... You get the point ;) As far as a playing field goes, I really don't think it gets any better than this.

The people here are usually pretty friendly, nothing like the people at paintball city *dodges paint*

As for the bad... Well, the prices are kinda steep. Registration is gonna hurt your wallet a bit, but be sure to get to the 6c paint events, they're always good n cheap.

So, I give this a 9 because I think to get a 10 has to be totally perfect, and expensive registration is the only thing holding this place back from a 10
