Yea the guy who said the owner was Mark he is a little off, but it is the owner of TAS- Adam. I never played on the 1 field they used to have up there, but they are going to have a really nice place up there in a few months about mid summer. The pro shop is open now 4-24-06. There is going to be 4 speedball fields and all the golf stuff so there is a range of stuff you will be able to do. The owner Adam is a good man. Wes is a good airsmith and does a good job and is nice to the customers. They will order what ever you need and get it within a week or so. If you really want to have a good time on a Sat. You need to check it out it's a great place to spend a Sat. They take care of you if you are a new player. So if you get the time go check it out. It isa the best around here unless you would want to drive a couple of hours to get to one that is equal or less. The Refs are all nice also. So just go check it out.
This is a great field, great prices, and great people. There are always people willing to help you if you have problems or if your new to the game. The paint prices are great and the paint is always high quality. The field is a standard 5 man field with a great air ballfield to play tournament style or just recball. Ive been to other fields but this is by far the best field ive been to yet. Come check it out.
Tas [the alternative sport], and Olde Town. Alternative has a great field, friendly people, but paint is a little high, But they have a wide selection, and there a little farther away than i would like.
Review:
Down Range Paintball has had many location's But is currently located on stone drive. It is my local field that i play at almost every Saturday. Great place to be and if your new to the sport the owner mark will make sure the regulars will take it easy. Paint choices are X ball, Midnight, Challenger Premium, Jt Elite, anarchy, I think he dosent carry anarchy anymore. You never know about every weekend he's got something different but always X ball, and Midnight. Rentals he's got a special on right now all day air, field fee,mask,tank,hopper,everything you need and a bag of 500 paintballs for 20 dollars. that's right all that for twenty dollar's. come an play some time you will not be disappointed.
