This Field is great. I went there for my b-day party and it was so nice. everything was good, the Fields, the store, the pick nick area, even the bathrooms looked like there weren't public. every one was cool. my personal fav was there angel field it was biggggg. and for parents this field is sfe ther have the steaks tucked in so if u slide u cant get caught on a steak. steaks are what hold the bunkers down. there service was excellent and the staff was really nice. the refs always make sure ur safe on the field, like at ,my party my friend got shot and he was walking off the field and took his helmet off. the ref stopped the game to make sure he put his helmet on until he got outside of the net.
Ejam outdoors (recballers dream)
ABC (not even worth mentioning)
Place is what I'd consider an ideal paintball/speedball field should be:
turf is excellent, beautiful green grass (used to be a golf driving range )they rotate the fields so allow the grass to recover, so you you're not running on bad terrain with a chance of injury. allows players to dive all day, the ground is like a cushion, esp. like last weekend when it was still somewhat soft due to recent rain.
bunkers are maintained all the time, if a field is not mirrored or if it needs inflating, just bring it to the staffs attention, and they'll fix it. your choice of not one but sometimes two regulation sized x ball field or a reg. sized 7 man field. depending on what your team prefers. or if you're in it for some recball action they have a wooded field with pallet bunkers complete with an abandoned truck in the middle.
prices are VERY good. =$20 all day entry, AND BYOP. if you need paint its sold inside at competitive prices.
staff is pretty friendly and laid back, a lot of the regular players know each other, so everyones for the most part pretty cool, and if you're new to the scene most folks (from what I've seen) will take the time to help you out
finally the competition, on any given weekend, there's always tournament teams, many with national experience, there to play against. so if you're looking to scrimmage or practice this is the place.
cons: (no field is perfect)
its kinda of a long haul (for me) but its well worth it. theres a lot of players that come out of New York (hour and half, at least) and they're there almost every weekend, so what does that tell you?
air station is quite a walk from the back field, but they've recently alleviated that by putting it near one of the x ball fields, although one in the back field would still be nice.
on a busy weekend, with a lot of players playing (esp. on the x ball field), things get heated up, I've seen several altercations, but nothing too serious. I guess its the nature of the game when you have a lot of very serious competitive players going at it with ramping guns things are bound to get ugly.

Fireball Mountain is somewhere around here haha, dont know where,
and of course Skirmish!
Directions to the Field:
This field is awesome! Right now I'm pretty sure they only have 3 fields, but they should have 5 or 6 by the end of this year. The players and refs are awesome there. There fields are great, not to small and not to big. They change around the bunkers every other week so you can get new strategies. The tournaments are hard, mostly because their fields teams dominate. They have one scenario field now, its a fun field with alot of sand bag bunkers, a truck, and a couple trees and wooden bunkers.
Their rates are amazing, $25 entrance fee, $35 for 2000 paint, and rentals are $15 in total. They let you rent either a Tippman Carbine or 98 custom, a two pod pack, and a mask and air tank. Plus free fills for the whole day on N20 and Co2. The shop and mechanic, "White Hat", is awesome. They sell all the new brands, Smart Parts, Tippman, Proto, Dye, Hybrid, etc.
This is definetly the best field in the New Jersey area!

I finally played with my E*TeK on saturday at Ejam...it ripped, and so did the field. It was my first time playing speedball at an actual field, and i had at least 10 people out during the day. I was playing against kids with Angels and Dm6's. I was rippin them up. 4 guys tried to bunker me throught the day, and 1 of the 4 got me (they were out of bounds, and it shouldn't have counted), and the other 3 i got. By the way, i would always play the snake, and everyone would call me snake kid. The field was setup great, and the staff and paintballers were very nice too. This is my permanent field that im goin to every weekend.
Paintball Authority (in Oldbridge) -Only one field, its a 7 man NPPL, lossing grass, great reffs, best proshop in area
Fire Ball Mountain (in Oldbridge)-Little further down the road then Paintball Authority, great for woods ball, only one speedball field
Directions to the Field:
The first time I went to the field was when it first opened. They had set up just a basic X-Ball field. I remember the whole atmosphere being fun and exciting.
I went back on friday, first time back there in a year. They now have two x ball fields one with the 17pc extension kit, and an angel super 7 field. They also have a great woods/scenario field. All three airball fields are only up on weekends, on fridays however just one x ball field is set up. The staging area is under a huge tent with picnic tables, theres always room. They have a very nice proshop able to fix almost anything. Prices are great $45 to get in and a case. In my opionion this is the best field in NJ, if you havent been there check it out.
Atlas is a great park, the grass is perfect the bunkers are always filled never deflating
they have a great staff a ref took 20 mins. to fix my gun(thank you).
they were very friendly.
Only bad part is that the place where you pay is always packed with ppl trying to get in
alsoevery time i went i got 500 bals taken(i suggeste a locker). But like i said the ppl there are great and they got me a new bag free of charge.(they need cameras)
i give this place a 9 of 10
**IF YOU WANT A GOOD PAINTBALL EXPERIENCE GO TO ATLAS**

I've played them all pretty much been in the sport for 8 years
atlas>fireball, e-jam indoor & outdoor, depot both locations, abc, top gun, skirmish, i can keep going
THIS IS A PAINTBALLERS DREAM, ATLAS=HEAVEN FOR PAINTBALLERS
the field itself= there were three fields in play which they can expand up to 7. There was a good scenario field in play one x-ball and one 7man. There is a huge staging tent with tables and added this year i guess is a second staging area with more tents and tables closer to the back three fields. Also a fully stocked pro shop with all of the newest gear. My favorite thing is the atmosphere, there was literally games of all skill levels going on so no one even beginners would be disappointed. There are always a lot of teams; Storm riders, jesters, and rutgers who are home teams and about 25 other x-ball, 5man and seven man teams.
if you haven't been there since last year, all I can say is holy ****. Don't get me wrong it was good then but there was a brand new official seven man field up with a ton of teams playing. And the pro shop was packed with brand new products(i picked up a halo and pink spectra frames for a really good price.) Also there was a hot girl at the counter along with
Tesh(sp?) the usual counter guy. The whole staff was pretty friendly, some refs were more enthusiastic than others but there was a lot of them and it was a hot day. I ran out of paint with two cases thats how many games i got in. They have drink machines on site but there is also a ton of places a stones throw away for food. Only thing I would change would be to add another fill station so people don't have to walk that far from the seven man field. I talked to the manager(forgot his name, jesters shirt on) and he thanked me for the input and told me that they were building another fill station down there.
Skirmish- nuf said
Cousins- different type of field
Fireball mtn oldbridge- junky and beat up
This place is beautiful. I went on a friday night with the guys from my team and we had an excellent time. This field is now the place where we come to practice. Though they only had 1 x-ball field it was very nicely set up and the field was excellently maintained.
The place was not at all crowded and the entry was cheap. With the purchase of a full case of paint, entry was free and nitro was free too. Excellent place- check it out.
Fireball Mountian (not as organized), Skirmish (not much in the way of speedball...) Etc.
I try to play at Atlas every time I go speedballing. The ref's are fantastic here, they really care about your well being. (There have been multiple times when I've seen a kid's mask fall off and 2 ref's covering him in less than a second.) The refs will treat bonusballers harshly, which I think is important. There's nothing worse than getting hit and then having someone shoot you 10 more times for the sake of shooting.
The field is another great part of Atlas. They have grass! Fluffy, comfortable grass! IMO, it's better than turf, and it's always green. I haven't seen their scenario field, but I've heard it's pretty good. They have all day air and the admission and paint is also quite good. (The fill stations are self serve up to 4500 PSI.)
The proshop is decent, it was kind of sparse when I was there to buy my new Empire pack, but they had what every player needs to play.
In conclusion, this is a fantastic field with relatively low admission, great refs, and FANTASTIC FIELDS. Have fun and stay safe. Thanks for reading.
On top-great field and best was it was close. now its closed.
FBM- nice field. no grass
PBA nice field little patches with no grass
I was happy when i heard this place was going to open. Some friends and i tried it out for the first time. the first thing i thought was. i've seen this place and thought it would be great for paintball. That thought occurred 4 months before this place was up. I first when on a Friday. I was there before the field was set up. They did a very nice job setting up the field. My old gun crapped out when i was there. so i didn't play much. I still enjoyed my time ther and learned as much as i could with the 3 or so games i did play. Next time i went was just as good. I actually played. the grass was still as nice as the first time i went. and that was a month or so after. It didn't look any more work than a turf Field. I also like the field lay outs. I mean, who doesn't like xball? And its the only field to challenge me as much as it does. The only thing i don't like is the walk to the field. the staging area is one one side and the netting is only open on the far side. But its worth it.
