Review:
This field definitely has some potential. I'll start off with the bad so I can end with the positives. First off, they use oxygen tanks instead of a compressor for hpa. The problem with that is they can not fill past 3k. Kudos for trying though. Hopefully in the future they will invest in a compressor. Safety is a BIG PROBLEM here. Not all guns were chronoed. Only some players were required to chrono. There was no referee on the field during any games. There was one behind the net standing and spectating. Players were removing their mask in game while shots were being fired at them. At one point in the game a player got shot called out, started walking off and then turned around and took his gun to another player that was having gun troubles. Another time in the day a player called out very loudly and then decided he was still in and kept playing. That's about all the bad that happened during the day. The staff didn't seem to be very knowledgeable about the sport.
Now the good. The staff was very friendly but as stated before not very knowledgeable of the sport. The field has several fields that are setup very nicely. They are setup like urban speedball bunkers, lots of drums and pallets with a couple of towers on one field. I liked the fields themselves. The paint was spot on with other fields. It was great quality for the price.
Being close to my house I would really like to see the safety problems be addressed. I would love to be able to promote this field, but with such major safety problems I just can't. Hopefully the day I went was just a lax day, but problems like these aren't something that just happens on certain days. I am going to give this field a 4 because it has tons of potential, but with major problems that could be fixed very easily.

Carolina Paintball is a great field with a great staff. It has four courses to play; 2 spool courses, a barrels course, and a woodsball course. Fees are very reasonable and the staff is extremely friendly. I completely recommend checking this course out with a group of friends.
Pros:
courses are in great shape
paint prices are reasonable $35-$50
Field fee is low $5-15 depending on if you are renting equipment
perfect to take church youth group
courses are close together so there is not a lot of downtime walking to different areas
Cons:
Plan ahead for lunch because it's not near very much
Word hasn't gotten out about it yet so there are not a lot of groups to pick up with
