This is probably my Absolute favorite field in Az! I LOVE this place. I would give it a 20 but it only goes up to 10. The refs are friendly and helpful. They usually have 3-man speedball tourneys on Saturdays if they have enough people. Those are a blast! The terrain is AWSOME! Most of it is natural with a few wooden bunkers. The refs rotate which side you start on for a great and exciting game every time. This place never gets boring! I usually go here every other weekend. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FIELD!
This is a cool field. A nice combination of all sorts of terrain really makes it a good course for all levels. 65 percent of terrain is natural. Most is netted cactuses, combinations of trees and bushes, ravines and the like. man-made features are buildings, each with a different name, which is great for telling teammates instead of saying over there and then getting shot as you show him. haybales, spindles and miscellaneous bits. The only downside is that:
a. you have to buy their paint (which can be bought anywhere else for half their price. its nothing special.)
b. as you can imagine there is a lot of 'splatter' at splatter ranch, because half of your hits are from splatter in natural cover.
