-Huge area, can paly a whole day there and never get bored, so many different fields and games to play
-refing is good, mixed up the games always had the teams even and safe
-variety of people come, newbies and pros alike, very fun to play with a different skilled group of people (well i think it is atleast)
-friendly staff, helpfull
-great area to prep yourself, picnic tables lockers, loads of room to set your gun down and laod it up
-House guns sucked so bad, there was oone person from the opposite team about 20 feet from me and i could not hit him for the life of me, the gun was so innaccurate it woudl curve the balls left right up down, and it wasnt only me, everyone i was with had crappy guns.
thats about the only thing wrong with this place, was the bad house guns, everything else was awsome, so if you brought your own gun this place would be amazing,
there are allot of great things at this field, but the one thing that would stop this field from getting a 10 is THE RENTAL GUNS SUCK. i should clear that up the house guns suck but i guess you can rent a tippman(i think) as no one said anything. you would have to squeeze off 5-10 shots to get one to fly true, & in case you were thinking it was just my gun, wrong , it was everybody's, cure would to bring your own.
Enough with the bad, man this place has some really great fields, the town is great & my personal favorite, the castle was a good field and all other fields were equally as good, they are large and well treed, one word of advice if you go in the fall, it is hard to see small stumps and roots with all the downed leaves which also makes a very slick surface but great for sliding into bunkers. The refs or at least ours was very good & the rest of the staff were very well manured, in fact they were the best staff i have seen at a paintball place.
In closing i have to say that despite the very bad guns, and the occasional walk threw a play fiel that was in play, we had a great time, i would highly recommend this place to anybody
In my opionion Barrie paintball is the best park I have ever played. I was at judgement day 04 and it was non stop action 3 shot kills, sometimes 1 and in the begining of the scenario day it was over 300 on each team!! and if u got hit you only had to wait 15 minutes or so before you could go back and that is good considering all the people but it was amazing. They also gave u tickets to win prizez such as a Tippman A-5, a huge ass sword, a samurai sword, A couple of Pt Extreme pistols, body guard knvies lol and it was great. I think the prices are fair on any day and everyone there was nice but on the field were animals=) Barrie has got great fields such as little sagion, hamburger hill, 3 speedball fields a town and more. It is just a great park with friendly staff as well.
keep up the good work!

Wasaga, tons of backyard paintball and outdoor CAP with 20 people huge game.
I was at the Barrie paintball tournament judgment day hosted by team matrix and me and my buddies were having a blast at this tourney well it was mid day when this happened i was running down a hill then i saw 5 members from the other team coming towards me so i shot my gun and 5 shots 5 hits in the head. this course was everything put together it was so fun of course the machines the team which i was on won by a huge score of 25,000 tto i think 5 or 6 thousand.
paint ball city EW
wasaga beach not bad
this place has it all great staff (Mike,Deb,Andrew,Gary and so on sorry who i missed but you know who u are they also have great techs such as Gordon and Vince their field's are top notch and adrenaline pumped they've got the pit, city, castle, valley.cabin and hamburger hill. They also have three speed-ball arena's heaven's gate,Hell fire and Air ball all of the games are well organized by all the refs consisting of Andrew,Steve and many others this is one of the best places ever look into it their # is 705-733-3393
AMAZING! Now I know why they had a 3 page spread in "Facefull" magazine. Although I didn't hear about the article until AFTER i played at the 2004 "Hellfire at Heavens's gate" scenario day, which was frigging snap! 8 hours of non-stop paintball with 300 other players. The refs were always courteous, and quick to enforce "no plugs, no play" rule. The service was quick and thorough, the pro shop staff know what they're doing. The fields are amazing, especially the "Little Saigon" field, well kept. And the local team (Matrix, props guys) was always helpful, and when they borrowed balls, they made sure to give em back...
I have nothing but good things to say about this field and it's staff, keep up the good work guys
I played there in their first scenario game and it was awesome. Well organized and friendly staff, fair teams and great prizes in a random draw at the end of the day. They were using Draxxus Blaze and it was going for 60 or 70$ a case. Great deal and it added to the fun because you could really open up at people and not have to worry about going home broke. Prices for equipment (purchase) was pretty heavy though, but rentals were free... even HPA tanks. 50 acres to play on and a great variety of play on various fields, though Hamburger hill is about the size of a small ski hill... but it adds to the fun. Great time, check them out and watch for their big games, they're awesome.
Wasaga paintball, and it was horrable! They are so strict about rules but the dont even out the teams! i was there with little kids and newbies, so i switched groups, and there feilds dont compare to Barrie Paintball
Barrie paintball is amasing! that's why i keep going back. Sure there a little pricey but you save tons of money with a membership or if you are league. i bought a membership for a year and thought of it as a waste because i could join the league which is doing what I was there for any ways. I only have one problem and it isnt a biggie. Equipment pricing. its outrageous! but it doesnt stop me. they dont force you to buy there. and i dont. but the feilds are great, people are friendly, and TEAMS ARE EVEN! they know who's who and they make it fair and fun!

Wasaga Beach Paintball Adventure - I'd say is MUCH better.....
DMZ in Niagara falls - Was KINDA fun, but not wasaga style.
Feilds wern't that great, and I was looking to play airball, non their. I heard they got it now so thats good...
Prices are outrages.... heres what i pay at wasaga with my trpc membership (20)
Barrie paintball prices
paintballs- 10cent high to 8 cent low...
This was a very good field. Refs were good, terrain was good and one important thig was that refs did not make the players play games "just to waste" paintballs. THe refs were open to suggestions and made the teams even. That was an important point in making me and others come back.
The fields were big, and well laid out without too much crap on them. They were naturally good and the staff was all good.
The only thing was the stoppage of games when a car went by. I understand the reasons behind it, but the driveway should have been protected or designed so that it skirted the playing fields minimizing play stoppage.
