Review: Barry and Dana Barton (the owners of Big Sky Paintball) are some of the absolute nicest people in paintball I have ever met. The individual who made the negative statements against the field is upset with decisions made in regards to her future at the field. Unlike several fields, Barry cares about the sport and the players and charges minimal fees to play his field. For example, on Sundays he charges $5 for all day air and you can bring your own paint. Barry does not promote cheating at his field, nor does he push it upon his players. Barry has made comments that "it seems the only way to win the big events is to cheat". That was a statement made because of what he has seen at big events. That does not mean he endorses cheating or promotes cheating. The shop while small, serves it's purpose. The field and shop is located in a rural area far off the beaten track, opening a fully stocked pro-shop would be a financial liability for Barry. If someone needs a part or wants to special order something, Barry can get it in.

I have played three tournaments at Big Sky Paintball and have enjoyed everyone of them. Two of them were played in dismal weather conditions and the staff went out of their way to accomodate the players in every way they could think of. My whole team (P.U.S.H.) thinks very highly of Barry and Big Sky Paintball.
