I've decided to get back into paintball after a ten year absence. I'm one of the guys who used to play every single weekend in high school and still own a Sheridan (long barrel) with an add on constant air system (let me know if anyone is interested in buying it :)

Although I could spend considerably more, my fiancee' would murder me if I did, so I'm giving myself a low-end, reasonable budget of $200 for a new gun

I appreciate accuracy and gun quality/reliability over 1000 bps or anything else.

My first pick at this point is the WGP E-Ranger. I'll probably go with CO2 at this point, but perhaps upgrade to Nitro later on.

Any opinions or suggestions welcome.

Good choice. That way, if you wanted to upgrade to an Autococker later on, you wouldn'r have to buy new barrels. If you were in it 10 years ago, you probably remember the WGP Snipers (Sniper, SniperII, SniperII), and the cockers are just semiautomatic versions of those.

Good choice, im looking for a marker in the $200 range also. I bet PMI Pro TS is a better gun then the E-Ranger though. It costs the same price at pbgear.com. They used to run about 230 and higher. I would get the Pro TS but i probably will get an autococker in the future so then i wont have to get a new barrel.
