electro cocker?? it defeats the point of a cocker

a cocker works in a mechanical way its smooth and has awsome accuracy. its one of a kind in how it works. why stick a stupid full auto gizzmo on it. doesn't that defeat the purpose of the autococker? Well this thread may bring up some arguments but I would like to hear what others have to say about it. please reply as soon as possible. remember this is my opinion so dont get steaming mad over it and use unappropriate language to get your point across. I will appreciate all replies:)

it does not defeat a purpose of the "autococker", if u slap electros on it, it will still have great accuracy, and distiance, and it will still work like a pump, but have speed like an angel, emag, etc...............

its not full auto, its semi.....

and it does defeat the main purpose, the damn backblock moving back and forth :nod: - however, it does add another battery and another thing that if it goes wrong you cant really fix it....

Dude, think about it, the Autococker is a pump gun upgraded to a semi ;). Now once again it is being upgraded. The Eblade is a SOB, the point is the minuscule trigger pull, not some full-auto field-illegal gizzmo. If you don't like 'em don't buy 'em, just don't diss on people that do. Well, that's my 2c anyway, purists smurists.

I think it's a great way to get the feel of an electros trigger pull on an autococker.

race frames have full auto on them, although they are mostly only semi, also race frames opperate with the back block going back and fourth so... you dont have to lose that with an electro frame
my personal opinion is that a cocker shoud be kept mechanical, but thats just me

Cockers are fine the way they are since you can achieve high rof already if you shorten the trigger enough. Who needs a mouse click trigger most of the time anyhow? Although it may be cool, it still is a waste of paint usually. Plus, if the lcd goes down then your gun is pretty much left with nothing to do....

Still, I can see why some people would like an electric cocker. They are a nifty idea but I'd rather have to deal with the least electrics I could when buying a new gun except for the hopper perhaps.

The guys who mentioned that a cocker defeats the purpose of a pump hit it right on the head.

Switch 'electronic' for 'semi', and 'mechanical' for 'pump' and this is the exact same debate that took place when the first semis were coming out.

I still have my splatmaster. It was as mainstream as mechanical cockers are nowadays. Who knows, maybe some day you'll be saying, "I've still got my non-electro semi," And people will think you're old school.

With guns like the BrassEagle Rainmaker (http://www.pbreview.com/27/1/0/), and the ZAP ZXS-600E (http://www.pbreview.com/870/1/0/) on the market, anyone can have a full auto. Mech cockers are getting old. Will the gnomes ever die? No, they'll just get cybernetic implants. Think about it. Cybergnomes.

That's the suposed purpose. Actualy, WGP's real purpose was to suck people into buying markers that take so many upgrades that people spend more money upgrading their marker than they would ever think to normaly. What do you think the Gnomes do when they're not magicaly making the marker more accurate? Hypnotism. :eek:
