ok i bought sumones impy. it came with a tape worm but do i NEED an lpr? is the tapeworm good enough? Also why does every body use ans jackhammers lprs?

because jackhammers are the best for a Imp LPR setup, high air flow, low pressure, etc.
Tapeworm and LPR are both selonoid optomizers, an ISO mod is another optomizer. They generally go in this order, from good to best:
Tapeworm (good)
ISO Mod (better)
LPR (best)
(if you have an older imp, (SN less than 5000 or something like that) then a VFF is best, according to FOM)
These are generally the basic concensus amungst the people here, but most people only need a tapeworm or a ISO, but some want the best with a LPR...

well the air transfer hole sropped closer to 11000 and
I thgought lpr was better than the VFF becuase it actually seperates and regulates it
