I know this has been debated many times, but I am new to these forums... pleae could you post your thoughts or post a good link?

peace out

btw, I am looking to upgrade my marker... (get a new one)

I am trying to get the best range accuracy and reliability out there for under 700....

I am looking at all the different autocockers, as well as the palmer typhoon (semi) and the palmer houndsouth (pump) and the ANS GX3 or GX4 as well

peace once again

dont plan on getting a more expensive cocker with 700 unless you already have nitro and a moto hopper and also none is better than the other because they all shoot paintball pretty much the same

A stock cocker is basically the same as any other. Your will et similar performance for 1/3 the cost

Don't get your mind set on a cocker, try mech. and electro and see what you like better. Also don't spend all your money on the gun, you need a good air system and hoppy too. As for the pump vs. semi issue, do whatever you want to. The extra challenge involved in pump, or when you really need to spread the paint, go semi. Whatever, I don't know. Remember, don't get your mind set on a cocker, there are many good guns out there besides cockers for 700 bling blings.

pumps are for people who are living in the past

The cocker will be best for you mainly because it is a semi automatic pump gun. What more could one ask for...

I actually have my mind set on something like a palmer typhoon or blazer. I just heard that the range was not so good. but I am sure it will beat my spyde.r
