Why do Defiants have autococker threads?

If a defiant is a tricked out bushmaster, then what is so special about cocker barrel threads that bob long would change the ICD threads to cocker threads? (I was just wondering).

boblong loves cockers if you haven't noticed his timmy, plus just about every barrel manufactured today can have cocker threads while ICD threads aren't as popular.
