Who goes to topgun in Jersey....is it a good place i mean i heard it had one of the best speedball courses around jersey...

i go there when the weather is nice...yea they have great speedball fields and their prices are pretty nice too

I can't complain about topgun i have been there time to time and the workers behind the counters are all chinese and can't understand you and you can't understand them.....i handed them a 100$ bill and i saw there eyes light up...i said don't be gettin any ideas.But the refs are awsome but they get all up in ur bunker and then when they pop out and you shoot them cause u think they are enemies they start complaining,of course you just shoot them again for the fun of it.;) i have yet to play on there speedball field but Hell the Woods game is a blast just watch out for thornes and you will be alright

NOTE:there bunkers in the wood have giant holes in them and you get lit up like crazy

Top Gun is an awsome place to play. I go there all the time. The staff is generally friendly and the gun techs are great. Even when you make a dumb move when working on your gun they'll just laugh at you then help you.

As for the people behind the counter they are good people and can understand you just fine. Who cares if they are chinese, they are real good people. XRaider is probally just some Jackson redneck.

The quality of the players that go there also depends on the game and the day. You can always find a good group of people to play speedball against, there are almost always team practices going on.

As for woods it depends on the group, some games the people are real good, and some times they suck. However you always get at least a small group of good player (5-6) that will hop in the open games.

i play at topgun alot, and the 6+ speedball fields are ALL amazing.
even their woods fields are really good, the only field with hole bunkers is the village field which i dont particularily like. there are ALOT of other woods fields however, and on any weekend they ususally get two atleast 30 on 30 games going at once plus people on speedball fields, however speedball field people really vary mostly, i've had days with 50 people on speedball, and days where there were on and off less than 10 people besides me.

about the comment about not being able to understand the oriental people at the counter, complete made up... hell, they were all born in america and dont even have a freaking accent... and are very nice people... except... some of them are not knowlageable at paintball or even the store, one person who is there alot and looks pretty old was looking for a proteus lense for 10 mins with the help of 3 other people (just annoying for the fact that i was in a big rush)

about jackson hicks... not everyone in jackson is a hick (not me)... only like 96%


however, the fact that topgun is $30 admission with airpass and ALWAYS FPO, and is $80 a case kinda is annoying, but im starting to get used to it, because the competition... fireball mountain only has 2 speedballfields and no refs. (also, im going to register as a team... and i heard there are team paint and admission discounts)

actually i do not live in jackson...i live about 45 minutes away from there. Wow. I have noticed that some people can't take a joke. You really thought i was seriouse. I mean i give them credit that they have a job,and yes they are nice people. Maybe you shouldn't keep your defences up so highly and snap so fast on people:P

well... i kno it was a joke, and persoanlly i wudn't care, but u make it seem like the place is run by a bunch of foriegners who have no idea about anything... i just thought i'd clear that up being this is a thread to help people get actual info on the fileld

The only reason I was pissed is because one of my good friends used to work there and is friends with alot of people that do still, so. I don't care as long as you apologized and set the record straight. And the majority of the reason I said something about jackson hicks is because I played club soccer out of middletown and we played them every year and they were a bunch of goons.

Top Gun is ok its not the best though. Has anyone been to Skirmish in Penn? That place has some nice fields but its a little expensive.
