Depending on what you want to pay for the barrel http://www.bbtpaintball.com is always in stock, and they have some of the lowest prices on the net too. I have ordered barrels from them, and everytime I get my stuff on time, with no back order crap, or any other kind of out of stock related problems. The J&J is a good barrel although a bit louder other barrels out there on the market, its not that expensive either. If you want to pay the extra money, i would suggest going for a SP barrel, or a DYE boomstick
Hey hatebreed,
if you cant stand hearing the same thread over and over again, the goto another forum brah! I cannot believe you people, he's just asking for help like most of us do here. If you don't want to help out a fellow paintballer, then i really think you are in the wrong place... Give em a break.

lapco bigshots are very nice barrels, as are custom products. both are around $50
you may want to look into getting a regulator too. it looks like you are going for all pmi stuff and they make a pretty decent regulator, and it costs around $50. that should help with accuracy also and it gives you a real foregrip.

Well, the only barrel that will give you anymore range is the flatline.

Well if you have a tippman a flate line barrel has good range(very Texas) but the accuracy sucks royaly(totaly Delaware)

ok, how many times does this need to be stated. Every barrel u will try will give u basically the same distance, unless it makes the ball spin(flatline). the only way ull see more distance with different barrels is because of the paint to barrel match. If you plan on playing paintball for a long time, look into the freak system. Then u will have the best accuracy, and range coming from any barrel out there. If u buy a new gun, you can just buy another back that fits the threads of the gun u get. ITS THAT EASY
i hope i helped :)

Damn, don't jump on him for posting a thread like this. After we get rid of the spammers that post the COMPLETELY useless topics, OVER and OVER, then it'll be time to teach the general public how to use the search button. But until then, there's not another post like it on the first page, and thank god it's not a poll.
That being said, I'd definitely go with a Lapco bigshot. I have one for my LCD, and if the paint fits it, it shoots a LOT better than my freak. When I had my piranha[sic], I used a SP AA, and it seemed to work fairly good. For the money though, you can't beat a Lapco, IMHO.

Woddy was actually pretty helpful there, though the freak is out of most newer palyers price ranges. Not me though :P
