what inside parts can I polish and what are the benefits. I have an E-99? is it worth the effort? thanks

Basically you polish all the internals that come in contact with the marker frame. Things like the bolt, valve, ect. You lightly sand (AND I MEAN LIGHTLY) the internals with a 1500 grit sandpaper to remove any burrs or imperfections. Then polish them with something Mothers Mag polish (get it at any auto store) until they sparkle. What it does is smooth the insides to reduce friction so the parts move faster. Now is it worth it? I'm not sure to be honest. I did this to my Spyder 2K and I didn't really notice a difference in performance in any way shape or form. Check out this web site for more detail on the what to polish.
