forget that, my friend was just shooting his JnJ ceramic w/ year old brass eagle. it did suprisingly well. try going for proball, that works the best for the ceramic jnj

My bro has a J&J ceramic and we use Zap Performance Plus and it works great. J&Js seem to tolerate medium sized paint very well.

anything small or medium will work. try different stuff out, b/c i think the jand j's bore size is inconsistent

I've found Marbs to be the best paint for the Ceramic.
Honorable mention:
Hellfire
Premiums

JDoGG you are wrong. The J&J Ceramic's bore size doesnt change. And there is a flaw in your theory also. A Dye Boomstick has 2 different bore sizes to its 2 peices, one to accelerate the ball with a tight bore and one to guide it, its a little looser to deter ball breaks.

snyper731 what theory? i only said the bore size is inconsistent. i have 3 friends w/j and j's, some like small paint the best, but other like medium. i think the barrels are inconsistently made.
