Excalibur cocking pressure?

I'd like to know how low you could drop the cocking pressure on the excalibur without hurting the speed too much. If you have used the kit AKALMP offers to test your settings, I'd appreciate your response.

Well, I know that 72 is the prefered setting for the LPR on a Viking. I would think it would be just a little lower on the Excal.
