whats the best way to deal with campers?

hey guys i play with a bunch of sissy campers who just around all day and then when they see a branch move they shoot there whole hopper on at it. now i know i could bunker them but we play in the woods and sometimes theres no bunkers ,they just sit on the ground or on a hill covering the whole area . i was wondering if you could give me some tips on how to take these little sissys out.

get comeone to decoy flank them from behind shoot at them have them turn around and gog them :) i did that to these campers and they never camped again.. weeeeeeeee

yea the flanking one would work.. make sure to overkill and teach them a lesson... getting them from behind is a great way to get em too

you know what i have been playing paintball for 1 yrs now there is no really perfect way for with dealing with them you can complain to them or this seems to work the best get a safe distance away where wear camo and snipe them

with all these replies from people it sounds like you are trying to hurt the campers.

If you want to, though I don't condone it just take out an icechest full of ice and keep your marb.'s in there. Marb's don't break very well regularly so when frozen they will kill.

If you have two peeps working on them you should be able to push them or sneak them. But don't go at it alone or they will get you each time.

what i usually do is get two other people to push from the middle and a little off to the side, then I run from a cross fire point of view and try to pick them off while the other 2 are cover firing.

Although time consuming, I know what I would do.

Have you and/or your team mates just draw fire. The whole game. Don't take a single shot at the campers...just take turns drawing fire. Run back and forth between trees, jump up and call them names, whatever.

If they are as jumpy as they sound, they will go through ALL of their paint & air, and then they'll be sitting ducks.

Make a game out of it...count how many times they fire, so you know how many rounds they've used. I'd say each paintball costs roughly .35 cents. So after each game, let them know how much money they just threw away. That's what I would do.

Of course, after they run empty, your team rushes and nails the living crap out of them. The look on their faces will be worth the wait. :D

Thats wut I did and I saw him thru the bunker he was hideing behind he hid there for a min at least so I bunkered him good :)

Throw as many objects as you can find at them, or have your team behind em throwing things so when they turn to get plastered in the Gog's with a rock, shoot em from behind, or simply, surround if its in a wooded area it will be easy, or you could just :sleep: ask them politely:eyes: to stop camping, and they just might think your a dumbarse. Being able to sit in one place at the top of a hill and cove a whole area is not a bad thing, it's a tactical decision, and a generally good one at that. It's an effective defensive strategy that you'll just have to learn to deal with. Try going out of your way (and their line of vision) and come around on the left or right side of where they're camping.

We have a field in the woods and we get people like this. What we do, if they won't wizz in there pants, is two of us shoot a whole bunch and have another guy come up behind and shoot them.

I f they're little kids or some thing, just move up on them. In my experience they just hide behind a tree and you walk up and shoot em.

If you just want to piss them off you can just sit there untill they have to move, but it isn't as much fun.

Its funny because I feel like the word "camping" has orriginated from cs or something, but I know its really from games like Quake. But anyway, everytime I hear the word camp, I just see a Counter-Terrorist sitting at respawn, heh heh. I think if in PB, you are camping, you are mainly defending... It depends where you are though.

we have two campers in our paintballing group (not on our team), that sit up on a hill w/ their flatlines. the rest of us ended the game (campers didn't know cause they were so far away) and all advanced on them. when they finally moved into our conceled semi-circle, we unloaded. they don't camp anymore.

one reason i think alot of people camp is because they are new. I remember my first game i was sooooo afraid of getting hit. call me a pansie but i was scared. I got behind a bunker with my little pump gun and only came out to take two shots i think. once i realized that was *** and retarded i started to move around and actually have some fun. dont go and kill them if it there first time playing just let them realize that it isnt fun to sit there. but if they have been playing for awhile i am all for turning your velocity up and bunkering them, well maybe the velocity is a little bit mean but bunkering is fine.

If they're shooting at sticks, and a lot of it, just get behind a tree and have a teammate behind another semi-close tree. Poke your mask out, and when they see it they'll start shooting at you. When they do, pull your head in and, in a while, get your teammate to poke his head out. While they are thinking "how did he move without us seeing it"and are shooting at him, shoot at them. When they change to shooting you, reverse the roles. You draw their fire, and let your teammate shoot. This works best if you have about four people doing it at once, so they can't shoot but one of you at a time. Don't shoot too much; wait for them to run out of paint while they're shooting your tree.

when i first played paintball...my first few days of goin i was scared outta my pants. i camped da whole time and i thought it was fun...but after a while it got boring. I saw all these other guys talk about how many people they got out, how they did it..and how fun it was...so i was like "hmm maybe i should try moving around..." so then i started to play agressively....lil by lil i gained more confidence....and i started to play really well. just give them time to finally realize how much fun they're missing.

DONT HURT NEWBIES! people like u guys are the ones keeping paintball from growing. if i went paintballin da first time and had like 4 guys start unloading on me, i'd never play again, cuz wussy or not, paintballs hurt when u get about 100 of em break on u

The new m-100s are a GREAT fit to most paintball barrels. Lob some of those into their bunker and they'll run like scortched apes. Then have someone light em up.

sry about that but i wuznt scared of getting hit...what got me out the secod game wuz a very experienced guy,he wuz like 22 and he wuznt mean...unlike some people here who probably are,he taught me stuff and now immm rambo-snipe i "sneak" unlike my brave soldiers who full out run and nail people....haha

Get as close to them as possible. Insult their camping. Tell them you'll take him out one on one. Keep them occupied while a teammate flanks him. Finally, get him out and have your teammate eliminate him.

The best way to deal with them honestly is to completly leave them out of the game. Don't shoot at em until the end, make sure no one gets hit by em, and they will try something else.

I usually dont have a hard time flanking the campers but theres one thing i hate... when they blind shoot through holes and sides of bunkers and pinn you down... ALSO i hate when you lite up there gun as its sticking out but they wont call out and keep shooting because they dont see the hit.
