a turbo kit is something you put in a car :D:D what you're talking about is called a Turbo Valve. The best for LP is the AKA Tornado valve, although if you put anything above 400 psi, you will damage it..trust me..Then there are other Turbo valves that will do JUST as good, like the Venom Turbo valve, the Magna valve, the Taso valve, and one more i think. I recommend one of those, because they won't damage if you put more than 400 psi in it. You'll need a high flow ASA adapter, although you can drill your stock one out. The Macroline is good, and so is the Palmers reg.

Do the setup i have down here for lp, but get whatever reg u want, its a sweeeeet setup, i love it, ill have a picture hopefully saterday if my dad remembers to bring hom e a digtital camera. The palmer reg is grea,t but a 100 bucks, so id jsut get the pmi pure energy reg, its half as much, and looks sweeet to. If u want to know where i got the setup, send me a pm or a response on the thread.

Essentially a lp marker will work better with a 10-12 inch barrel.

and a small bore barrel with little to no porting..some good LP barrels are the JJ Ceramic, Lapco barrels, and the AKA small bore Javelin.

The boomstick is still good cause it is small bore, has minimal porting, and is very gas efficient, . Id rather waste another 50psi though for the acuracy i get out of it.

between the JJ Ceramic and the Dye Boomstick, accuracy is very close. I have to admit, Boomstick has a LITTLE better accuracy, but i'd rather get taht 50 psi lower, and stil have good accuracy :D:D

You guys do realize that a boomstick is a 6 inch ss barrel? the front part never touches the ball and never will. A 1 peice barrel will shoot more accuratly than a 2 peice barrel no matter what

I beg to differ w/ that comment, two piece barrels tend to be more accurate and perform better. Except for a few exceptions of single piece barrel.

Sorry Nemisis but you are incorrect. that larger part of the barrel lets the paintball conform to it's natural shape. WHen a paintball is shot, it has an effect similar to when a water balloon is thrown, it gets deformed. When a paintball leaves a 1 peice barel, there is no room for it to reestablish it's original shape until it leaves the barrel, but in a stepped barrel, it has the space to regain it's shape, resulting in more accuracy and distance.

Ya you keep thinking that some barrels shoot farther ... then you will read the range article at http://www.paintballstar.com and you will be told
