What upgrades to I need to use niro on an M98C

Nothing. A stock Tippman will work with HPA.

As long as the preset nitro tank you buy has an output pressure in the 800-850 psi range !
I just a crossfire 68/45k that i swap interchangably with my impulse, and i get great results with it on my Model98.
The consistancy is excellent.
