no, you should just stick with paintball gun oil if you want to be safe, the paintball oil, is designe to rejuvenate, and extend the life of the orings inside your gun. Using something else could do the oppisite, and destroy your o-rings. Some other guns like cockers, can use 3 in 1 oil, other then paintball gun oil.

Do not use petroleum based oils in your marker. They damage the o-rings.

Air tool oil is what you can use.

I use white lithium grease w/teflon. Its main use is for trailer hitch balls, but it works great for my marker to. You can get this in any Kmart, Walmart, and most hardware stores. Actually seemed to help quiet down my 98 custom.
Another real nice thing about it is that its semi-waterproof. A certain amount of water condenses in you marker from the cold CO2, this can mix with oil and reduce its ability to lubricate.

Most stores also have gun oil, which will work also,

you say you can't get gun oil???
why don't you jsut order on the internet. you can get it in 2 days at some sites. or you could pay a little more and get it the next day.

3N1 works fine on orings, Silent Knight, how does the gun itself have anything to do with oil? the orings are all the same material if its a talon or an angel.

use any air tool oil(air nail guns, etc) this can be found at home depot and hardware stores

It depends if the oil is like a liquid or like a solid.

why cant you get oil for a piantball marker? There are cheap sites and ebay that have KC oil for really cheap. If you use anything else you risk gumming up your marker and breaking your seals.
