You can try putting it in the sun to dry. Probally you'll have to buy a new one.

yep, you'll need to get a new lens. The water might evaporate if your lucky, but even then your better off to get a new lens

the seal is broken and you will forever have the problem. i would VERY strongly suggest you throw that shield away as it may be damaged and not give you the full protection of the a.s.t.m. standdards
