Impulse Trigger Help

I want to install my blade trigger but i kant get the stock trigger out. I have taken unscrewed everything and I am just at the trigger frame. Those two silver things above the trigger are holding the trigger in. What do i do? Contact me via AIM.

Too lazy to talk to you over AIM, but just push them out.. make sure you kno where they go, cuase they could fly out and you'll lose em..

Thats what I thought, but you can. From the sides of the C, just kinda push em out.. Trust me.
