canada couldnt pay the shipping charges for a shipping company that was moving some of canada's military equiptment and for about a month the canadian army didn't have one force of their military equiptment that fit on one ship! and the shipping company held that equiptment hostage for 1 month because canada didn't have enough money to pay for shipping! how pathetic is that!
