It's a good question nobody has been able to answer. I could perhaps understand the initial cost as they developed the gun from scratch, but now that the viking is out they should have dropped the price, when it's blatantly obvious AKA has NOWHERE near that much money in one.

Yes, a whole team nearby shoots Excals and they are nice, just cost as much as an ir3 with less features. Dont throw the cosed bolt is more accurate thing at me either. Excals are lower pressure though im pretty sure of. COPS isnt really needed unless you got a slow slow hopper. Or just for safety from chopping.

I don't own a Corvette. I don't think they are worth the money but I don't complain about GM's pricing practices do I? No, I use my money to shop elsewhere. Are Harley's too expensive? Not to me and I think they are well worth the money.
It's hilarious how people complain about AKA's prices yet they remain in business and have a high demand for their products.

Two Reasons why the Excal is "So Expensive"
1. Supply and Demand
2. Cost of Research and Development(a guess) and its a sumwhat new company

Ok, the IR3 has stuff that doesnt make you get more people out PERIOD. Its overpriced just like DYE Boomsticks and everyone has one type of angel or another. I have played a game with the 01 LCD when they first came out and it was fast, accurate,quiet, and less performance than what I get out of my tricked B2k!!! The trigger on the Angels are very nice but accuracy which the B2k and Angel don't lack is where it's at. This means you don't need more than 8bps.

Back to the Excalibur. The Excalibur is a far better buy over the IR3. If my tricked B2K can outperform an 01 LCD then I'm damn sure an Excalibur which I've shot before can beat the IR3.

The Excal is closed bolt, low pressure, accurate as a mother, and so on. NO IT DOES NOT HAVE SHI% THAT YOU DONT NEED LIKE THE ANGEL. As far as I'm concerned if you buy a gun because it vibrates then your ignorant........or a blonde female:rolleyes:

People buy angels like people buy BMWs. It's the name and the newest one these ignorant people are after.

What you need to get people out most efficiently is the Excal. It has everything you need. Yes it is worth the price.

I'm not totally against angels but these facts are from experience. The Angel guns need to cost hundreds of dollars cheaper for what you really get. When was the last time you were in the middle of a game wishing you had an lcd with the temperature, balls shot, humidity, email, and other bs:confused: You haven't.
