Freak Inserts Question

How exactly are the inserts supposed to fit? i was chopping alot when i played and im guessing its the inserts that used, because i chopped with a vision AI...whoops!:paranoid:(those things so are niiiice)

hrmm make sure its the corrct size and when you put it in you should be able to see the number doohickey in one of the windows

yeahi know that, but im not exactly sure how it should fit the paint

I think the paint should fit snugly in the insert.

Well i was chopping at lease 5 balls a game, and imps arent suppsed to chop that much

Before u play, take some of the paint you are using and the freak inserts. Try to find a good match. Start around the .689 region nd work your way up.

I use mostly blaze and they are a little big for the .691 insert.

Its not your fault you were chopping so much paint with an AI, the AI was chopping paint so it could have color on the inside to make it even MORE ghetto !:eek:




oh, to size paint right, get a few balls and try to blow em through the insert, dont re-use the same ball each time. You should be able to blow it through with a small amount of force.

the way i do it is if you can push it down the insert with your index finger with some force but not enough to pop it and not too loose

yah, but im talking about when i hit the spot and go 17bps for a few seconds, it strains my revy :eyes:

what u do is blow it through and u want the largest bore that the ball doesnt blow through...so u start big and when u hit a bore the ball wont go throught thats ur bore

I dunno where you guys are gettin these but the only one that ive heard is the blow through test. and you want it to go through dont pick the one where it doesnt blow through.

no u want the biggest one that wont let it blow through......if ot goes throught then ur bore is too big

If your paintball rolls out of the sleeve...its to big of a sleeve.

If your paintball gets stuck in the sleeve the sleeve is to small of a sleeve.

Once you can narrow it down to a few sleeves put a paintball inside a sleeve and hold it up to a light of some sort and if the paintball has a little bit of light on both sides then it chould be the right size. Also use more than one paintball.

The blow test is also a really good way to see also.....
