Hi, i gotta question about the sidewinder reg, in the pic shown..here: http://www.pbreview.com/645/1/0/ it has a nipple on it, do you have to change that to the macro fitting to get macro line on it?

I think that's quick disconnect but I'm not sure

yeah ok it prolly is i dunno though, so that means id have to change it to put macro line on it then?
You will have to change the quick connect fitting too a macro line fitting!

No this is what I would do. Buy the other end of the quick disconnect, should look like this:

Then attach the macro line 90* fitting onto the end of that. Then you will have a quick disconnect macro line :) You could also just take off the quick disconnect nipple and add on a macro line 90* fitting but personally the quick disconnect macro line is nicer.
A macroline fitting is already qiuck-disconnect! The macroline just slides into or out of the fitting.

Not to mention, if you do a multi connection like listed above you would want some kind of a check valve so you could shut the gas off whenever you disconnect the hose.
