I got my impy today, i have a question.

Hello i got my impulse today and i noticed my set up is pretty heavy with a Halo b and a 68psi n2 tank. Will it lighten up when i change out the horz maxflo and all the internals?

Is your tank steel? If so then thats prolly the case, my old imp was pretty heavy just cuz of a steel tank. Dont expect your gun to lighten up when you change a reg and the internals.

never mind the impulse is fine im just sick right now and i feel allot better than i did yesterday so i decided to try it out agian and it was fine.

try droping the drop, it made it "feel" a lot lighter because i could handle the gun better...... btw, i can play front :eyes:

THe imp seems ligther if it has a drop... It balances everything out. Mine is just plain heavy compared to ther Imps with drops. Oh well.

Yah the horz is a beast i cant wait to get the vert.

why is the horizontal a beast? It doesnt really make the gun any heavier.....

they weigh pretty much the same so if the only reason why youd change it is for weight than dont bother.
o and i cant play front my butt is too huge and i dont know how the heck you guys can aim while on the ground(ill stick to staying in the back standing the whole time and maybe crouch once)

why? Horizontal is the same reg, just twisted around differently and it costs like $100, if u must buy a vert reg get a glad or a messiah or a sidewinder... not a max-flow

Maxflo is the best reg for an impulse. Yah im getting a vert horz just gets in the way allot. I wish i could play back cause back i think is the funnest possition.
