what do you guys think about regeneration games, i think they're really fun because you can try crazy stuff and if you get out it's no big deal because your back in in 15 minutes. A friend of mine however seems to think that it's wasting paint because you can't win, but you can win if it's capture the flag and anyway it's not wasting if you're having fun, what's the harm in that?

I am a big fan in some cases. Scenario games (in most cases) need to be regeneration games. I recently played "Revolution: South of the Border" at Paintball Park in Memphis and it was regeneration. I swear that was fun. The only problem was I had to keep eliminating the same people over and over. I wish some different ones had run for the flag.

yeah, what about in just rec games like 12 or 14 people just playing around in the woods. I've tried it once before and i loved it but some don't seem to enjoy it a lot of times

First Rec games I played had regeneration zones, and they were a blast. The Refs played them on fields that were extremely difficult or when the game had multiple objectives. Man, i'd forgotten about that until this thread was posted. More Rec fields need those type games.

It is pretty cool in capture the flag, but the hip thing to do in capture the flag is if you hit someone and he is not on his own turf then he goes to jail(teamate needs to sneack onto opponemnts side and free him by tagging his hand) and if you hit a guy on his own turf than he just has to run back to the designated place where he has to run to than he is back in the game.

but i dont think it would be that awsome with 14guys in a big woods field playing capture the flag. It was fun when we had 120 guys but not 14

i think it is awesome with little amounts of people. I played it once with 8 people and it was really fun!! the games lasted for a while but it was great fun.

free for alls are also pretty fun...but i personally like regeneration-capture-the-flag...
