Really, what I said earlier was a joke, but I guess it could work. I was referring to electric socks that you would buy in a store to wear. I would really not recommend it because you could cause the pressure in the bottle to increase drastically with could cause your burst disk to blow.

Definately not a good idea. Any kind of unatural heat is not good for the tank. It can cause pressure spikes in the tank. You can also blow the burst disk in the tank.
