The reason that brass eagle owns those companies is that they make lots of money off of dopes who actually waste there money on brass eagle crap. The don't make money because their products are good :p

Okay for the last damn time what I meant in my last post is that YES I THINK BRASS EAGLE SUCKS!! But NO I DONT THINK VIEWLOADER AND JT SUCK I own a viewloader hopper and a JT mask, I know brass eagle owns them but I think Brass Eagle guns suck, but JT and Viewloader dont suck I dont care if Brass Eagle owns them they just got money because mostly everyone(even me) started out with a Brass Eagle gun so in conclusion i thnk this:

The Stingray isn't that bad of a gun. The main problem is that it's not very upgradable. Other than that there isn't much wrong with it.

JT and Viewloader were both established companies before Brass Eagle bought them. There for I think Seph can say what he said. Brass eagle can suck while JT and Viewloader are good. It's just the fact that they were seperate companies at one time.

I think you're right on that one, when i got my VL 9v revvy last month there was a big BRASS EAGLE written on the side of the instruction manual. I think the only reason they even still call it viewloader is because everyone is familiar with that name. I also don't like when people talk about "my 12v revvy was a pre BE revvy and that makes it better than your crappy post BE revvy" this can't be true because when brass eagle came in they didn't change the revvy. Just because Brass Eagle owns the company doesn't mean their products are going to start going down hill. I am among others when I think that most entry level brass eagle guns are quite horrible but when i started out the talon was the coolest thing in the world to me. It got me started and I really don't like people who bash brass eagle for their cheap equipment when many of those same people owe the fact that they're even playing now to that "horrible company"

Dude are you just looking to pick a fight. Model 98's are very close to being the ugliest gun available on the market right now, not to mention the loud as hell barrel, and its more difficult field stripping. Though they have a sweet trigger pull they are no where close to a Spyders quality Where as Spyders are good looking, good performing, quiet and easily disassembled(all new spyders have quick strip pins). They have to be the best guns, given this is all opinion but I have shot both and the spyder is leagues ahead of the Tippmann

i agree, once a trigger job is done to a spyder, it is superior to a m98 in all ways. don't call spyder cheap either, then you start stepping on all those people who have spent a lot of time on their spyder and really enjoy it. The m98 is a nice gun for but if you want something that isn't a PAIN to take apart all the time, LONG as hell, and UGLY as a French whore who's just been dragged through a thresher, buy a spyder. It's worth the extra 20 bucks

m98 aren't even cool. They're really heavy, and way to expensive. Just the other day I saw a stingray perform almost as well as a m98 w/stock barrel.

You guys arent just worth the time and effort...(but still your guns DO suck!)I mean Tippmann became a company making SEWING Machines so shut up!!!That sounds kinda girly... Quicksilver I agree with you on that I think tippmans are the ugliest paintball guns and also I swear they look like those damn plastic pretend machine guns I used to buy at KMART when i was little, Tippmans are ok guns or so ive heard but I dont like em, and Tippman owners always are dawging on us Spyder owners because their just jealous and have nothing better to do than pick fights so all you ppl with Tippmans come meet me over here in California see if you can stand the heat then well see which gun is better!!!

How do spyder owners know more about paintball?

Personally, I owned a spyder and a tippmann. Look in my sig. to see which of those guns I still own.

If it wasnt for BE guns, the paintball "community" wouldnt be even half of what it is now. A lot of people start out with BE guns bc of how cheap (price) they are, and they cant afford ther high tech guns. I believe that they are a good company
