Just installed my evil LPR, and i took out the PRV. I was just wondering what to put in it's place? Thanks.

another PRV. Someday it will save you.

I have an LPR. Therefore, I want to run my imp at about 240. PRV vents at 220. Air reaches PRV before LPR. SO, i want something else.

Isn't the PRV there to keep your solenoid from frying? I don't really know much about installing Evil LPRs (or any LPRs for that matter) but is that such a good idea?

The PRV vents at a certain pressure (lets out excess air). It does this when the tolerance of the solenoid is at risk. However, when you run an LPR, you seperate the solenoid pressure and the overall pressure. If you want to run over the tolerance for the overall pressure, with an lpr you can still lower the solenoid pressure to stop if from blowing.

With a properly setup LPR you do not need the PRV as much. If you are running at a pressure 220+ it's possible that you will not be able to use a PRV because it will vent.
There are options. You can put the PRV on the back of your Impulse. This will be air regulated by the LPR.
As for filling the hole, you need a standard 1/8" plug. Many hardware stores have them.
