Well I stand behind it. We have been in business since 1992 with retail stores and fields in the state of virginia. If you have a problem with your order, just AIM me at DoughboyFCP or email me at info@firstcallpaintball.com. You won't be out of touch and lost looking for customer support.

I don't buy paint online,I pay lower prices than online and plus I get too look at the balls before I buy. I got some paint on line and got screwed.

Yep, it's kind ify to buy paint online, because you can't check to see if there is a break in any of the bags, I just don't trust the packing and shipping methods. If there was some kind of gaurentee, or some kind of policy that would alow you to get your money back if you get screwed up paint, then i would buy online. I live in Hawaii, and the paint shipment would have to go alot farther, go through more postal service hands, potentially damaging the product. so as of right now, i hate buying paint online

Yea man, hawaii is a pretty tough haul. You get into a whole different shipping system. We do guarantee our paint though. Its hard to beat.
If you get broken paint, contact us and we will ship you out a replacement case immediately. We will then have ups come pick up the broken paint from you. If they don't come in a week, keep them both no extra charge.

http://www.copaintball.com is great, i almost always order from them. they always give me fresh new paint, seems like most other places always give out paint with at least some dimples, but not co. check them out.
Oh and CREEK, where do you paint for less than online prices?

firstcallpaintball.com sounds pretty promising. Sounds like you guys got great customer service, and paintball ordering policy. you'll send a replacement case of paint if i have a messed up case... that sounds good to me!
