The O-Ring on my tank is white in some parts...

I took the tank out of my gun and I noticed the O-Ring on it was white in some parts. It's been like that, do I need to replace it? Why did this happen? My gun came with 2 O-Rings, can I just use those even though this one is a different color?(and maybe is a different kind or something)

Dont bother replacing an oring untill its leaking or just blown apart.

Even after mine get blown apart, I can keep playing them...we call thme "Magic O-Rings" becuase I can cut them up and put them back on and they still work.

Id recomend going to a website or ebay, and buying like 50-100 for like 5 dollars. The ones that come with your gun are probably black, they are made for replacing o-rings IN your gun, your tank can use the black o-rings, but it would be cheaper to go buy a pack which are usually clear and used for the tank, if its white, that means it froze, it usually happens taking off your co2, so I replace mine often, its up to you, if I were you I WOULD replace after it becomes white, but sometimes right when you take the tank off it becomes white then turns clear again (thats if you are using clear tank o-rings) in that case I consider it fine. I replace mine often because sometimes it can cause minor problems during or after a game if your o-ring has blown.

I actually put a black O-Ring on my tank once. They work just fine.:D

sorry disregard that i'm just bored at work! my rule of thumb if it gives you a problem replace it if not hold on and keep using it and in the mean time pick some up to have on hand.
