BKO Barrel Vote

Choose which barrel, you think does the best job on the BKO, thanks.

Update, since I forgot to put up a poll (which duh, would help), I guess I will just list below.


Bushmaster (stock barrel)

DYE (Aluminum and Boomstick)

J&J (Ceramic and Pro)

Lapco (Bigshot)

Smart Parts (Freak, Teardrop, and Progressive)

I personally use nothing but freaks on my markers. It is hard to beat a system that can offer you 8 barrels in one.

With that said there are several different versions of barrel kits out there.
Insert kits:

Freak around $185
Sceptor around $160
ACI Phat around $150


If you dont like insert barrel kits you can look at the following:

Custom Products Base Kit 3 control bore one tip around $150
Custom Products Full Bore 5 control bores one tip around $220
Empire 5 control bores 5 tips around $190


There are others out there. I just thought of these and the prices off of my head.

The nice thing about the kits is the multipal bore sizes. You can match any paint at any field. With a kit you will have less money in it than you will if you buy several different barrels.

The only options that I have found to compete with the barrel kits is buying single Custom Products barrels. The one piece CP barrels can be had for about $45 each and come in three different bore sizes and lengths of 10,12,14, and 16 inch.
