Why is my spyder lounder than a guy with a black magic autockocer????

It's based on operating pressure, mostly. You spyder runs at about 600 psi (I think) and so that is the rough amount of force that displaces air in front of your barrel when you fire. A BM Autococker runs at around 200-250... So when it fires, it displaces air with less than half the same force. The displaced air causes alot of the noise you hear.
