If you want a Boomer for $20-$30 less go with a J&J 2 peice. Same materials but not overpriced and i personally like the J&Js design much better (no huge Dye logo on the side).

i get about 800-1000 shot out of a 20 oz with my 16" all american. It has bad a$$ accuracy and makes your gun a lot more quiet. I don't think it is much of a gas hog. All I can say is I love mine.

Sorry to tell you, but unless you go to Ebay or Paintball-auction.com you won't be able to get a BigShot for awhile. Lapco's barrel machine is broken, and they can't make any more until it's fixed.

The All-American is the best choice in my opinion. It's not really a gas hog. For a Model 98, I suggest a 12 inch barrel. That should maximize gas efficiency, barrel length, distance, and accuracy. Anything longer than a 12 will just degrade performance on a M98.

I'm not sure when i say this, but aren't lapco auto-spirits the same thing as big shots?

I don't see why people think All Americans are gas hogs. Its design is just like a boomstick except the porting is in a different pattern.

how many more shots could bigshot get ona 20oz then a all american?
