Well, two of my friends bought M3 Basics this summer, and at first we were all very pleased with the performance. Matt's gun is leaking out of the foregrip, regulator, and somewhere inside. I can fix the first two, but can't find the third one. Air is leaking out of the barrel and the feed neck, I'm guessing its the valve. Does anybody know whats the matter, or how to fix it.
My other friend is having similar problems. I'm really starting to understand why so many people talk trash about Black Draguns and other stacked tube blow-backs. I'm very dissappointed, because I used to respect M3 for making cheap, affordable, high performing, quality markers. I guess I was wrong.:(

If you replace the orings on the valve and replace the cup seal, that leak should stop.

use seal tape on external leaks. its better to put seal tape in the threads of what is leaking instead of covering it on the outside
I guess I am preaching a bit here... but hey it is the truth...
READ READ READ! The first thing I did when I decided to get back into paintball was start reading and asking questions.
What did I learn. M3 makes the best Bang/Buck markers on the market.... BUT and there is always a but... But you need to replace the orings on the whole gun before you use it.... Everyone I read or talked to suggested getting something like the Taso or other Oring kits to replace every o-ring on the gun.... so that is what I am doing.
90% of all leaks I have read about were the result of bad o-rings... having delt with problems like this in the past with other things... I have not even taken my marker apart and the orings are on the way. I also have a friend trying to source Aircraft rated o-rings to replace these.... they will cost about twice as much... a whopping $10 for the set... I'll let everyone know how that goes...
