I thought you guys might like see this. Some of these links might not work any more, but it's worth a shot.
You can buy glow in the dark paint that looks like a tracer bullet when you shoot it. It's cool, but there's a couple downsides:
1. You have to buy a $50 thing that goes on the end of your barrel for the paintballs to glow
2. The paintballs are fairly expensive (but not outrageous).
The paintballs contain some sort of chemical electrode. They pass through a device that's mounted on your barrel. When they go through it, it activates the electrodes, making the paint glow when it shoots through the air. Cool!
Here's the link:

Also, you can actually find a red fill paintball at this site:
http://www.nationalpb.com/
Also, reusable paintballs are being made now. They're pretty expensive, and I'm not sure how to get them shipped to america, but here's the site:

Gee i think i want some red balls to play with. And maybe later, we can go show all our red filled balls to the gun controlists and then give them our "non violence" speech again.
Right...................

I went to the refillable paint link and I can't find the balls. Where are they on the site?

my field used to sell red paint. it's really cheap and called "Bloody Mary". Paintballcommand.com used to sell 2000 for under $30.

they arent refillable. they are like made of foam or something, so basically they arent paint.

also, lazerball isnt the same thing as what u were talking about. lzerball just uses reusable glow in the dark foam balls. the thing u were talkin about, is a piece dat is attachs to ur barrel, and makes ur regular paintballs glow as they go through the air. im thinking of buyin this.

I played this at some indoor place in Oshawa near Toronto...
Mildly entertaining but not as much fun as PB.. I was using a rental mask at the time, which was scratched to hell..
So they put you in an arena, turn out the lights, they have neon paint splashes all around.. So it is hella hard to see...
You have to wear impact sensing armor to keep score which is pretty bulky...
The problem is the QA that goes into making the balls sucks... Some are really light and squishy, others are hard almost like indian rubber... So one shot will tear straight to the other side of the arena, while others will practically fall 10 ft out of the barrel or whiz off on some crazy curve..
But the absolute worst is that they made us collect our own ammo.. We started out with 150 shots each but between rounds you had to stoop to the ground and collect more ammo... Which meant after a half hour game of doing complete knee bends and bending over to scoop balls, you are aching all over...
Making matters worse because of the inconsistency of the balls you would find yourself pseudo chopping many balls.. But because they are foam, it would just uncock the gun, then because the ball is now out of shape it would get stuck in the barrel.. Taking 3-5 shots to clear.. We were all using pirhana's as well.. So they are not the best guns but more than adequate for indoor rental use..
All in all the glowing balls were cool, but not being able to see, having the gun uncock on a jammed ball every 3 shots, having to collect your own ammor, and being hit somewhere fleshy with a rock hard variety of foam ball which is more like a marble than foam detracted significantly from the overall fun of the game...
