no...impulse threads are unique....well..not really...but that depends on the gun..if you are getting a brand spakin new imp...it does not matter, all you need to know is that impulses have their own thread...i myself am looking into a new barrel for my imp..it comes stock with a progressive..look at the Evil Pipe barrel system nad the FREAK...they have interchangeable bore sizes if you shoot different size paints

You can get an ultralite for any gun(almost) They have a lot of threads for em. Go to either www.dyeprecision.com or www.paintballgateway.com I know both have them(Well, i think).

No, its two piece. Dye will start making new backs for them very soon.

Well, they are two piece but the older models couldn't be separated. Basically one piece.

Ignore the commoner barrels, shoot the barrel of kings, the Powerlyte Scepter. It is amazingly better than any other barrel I have ever shot, and at a competetive price. You wont be disapointed. You can find a full review in my sig.

Yes, the new models ultralites can be screwed apart, just because the others were glued doenst mean they were basically one piece. They were still 2, if they came apart or not.

Just about any barrel can be bought for an impulse, you just must not be looking right. I currently have a Bigshot, and am getting a sceptre.
