When iam done playing, and iam unscrewing the tank it will hiss wildy, and since iam a kid steam or something will start coming out . How many shot's do i lose, and how can i prevent this?Do the N2 tanks have an on off switch?

p.s. I've only played with my gun 4 times, and i have never completly disasymbeled it.I've only oiled everything that comes out after you pull the quick disconect pin.Is that okay?

what kind of gun do u have??

well as for the co2 hissing out, your not loosing any, its just the co2 still in the valve/hose coming back out... to prevent the hissing, unscrew ur tank 3/4ths of a turn (may be more, it depends) and fire the gun until its stops cocking, then take off the tank, there shouldnt be a hiss... if it keeps cocking after 4-5 shots unscrew it some more.

eryk

HPA(n2) tanks do not have on/off's...
but you can get an asa(the thing your tank screws into) with one...

as for the oiling... your doing good... but every so often you need to put a few drops in the asa...gas up your gun...and dry fire it a few times to cycle oil through the valve and such... without your barrel on so you don't get oil in that...

p.s. - Eryk... before asking what kinda gun they have...it doesn't hurt to check they're profile...

you already have an asa if you have a bottomline, and no, it wont prevent hissing.... do what i red and i have told you.

Its normal for the tank/asa to hiss when you take the tank off and every once and a while you will brake an O-ring. ( but dry firing your gun will cut down on the hissing and the lose of O-rings )
