This is my biased opionion, ok I don't know much about the sentinel, so id rather go with the black dragun because its electric and there are many upgrades available.

Skip the blowback stage and buy an impulse, bushmaster, cocker, or mag.

I'd go with the Sentinel between those two. You might also want to check out the piranha ts pro. It's in the same price range and works really well. Just my opinion tho.

Sentinel. Buy it.
The BD is basically a scaled down spyder with a sear tripper. The Sent TS is at the top if its class of guns. Sure your BD might have tons of upgrades, but thats just because its a spyder with a sear tripper. The TS has:
12 BPS (bd is 13 i think)
Open Back Delrin Venturi Bolt
Dual ball detents
Screw in vert feed (accepts angel feeds)
Sweeeeet Anodizing
Cocker Threads
Easily Field stripped
You wont need an aftermarket barrel (but if you want one, action markers can custom make one to your specs)

and angel threads omg get that, wait dual ball dentsz even better, and cocker barrels, easily field strippable, come on, spyder thread sare jstu as easy to find , who cares about feed tubes, for 10 buck u can get an adapter to use angel feed tube on black dragun, how isnt a dragun easily field strippable, dual ball dentents, what does that do make it more accurate
 , personally the dragun may not be as good with quality but preformence is up there with the best

Yes the dual ball denents makes it more accurate.
You forgot to mention the stock delrin bolt on the TS
It all comes down to a gun doing 13BPS that's built poorly, or a gun doing 10-12BPS thats built solid.

Haha I'm gonna say Alexi1337 wins... He did his homework, and tony is just voicing his opinions :P

and derin is so much better:rolleyes: , actually i bet the stock bolt on the dragun is jsut as high flowing then the on on teh sential, and if im nto mistaken isnt a sential mechanical, and the electro version jsut came out, i would loooove to see u shoot 12 bps on a sential, and i found this on there wensite...Direct gravity vertical feed port delivers maximum feed rate - fire rate of 10+ shots/second (SPS), so a fire rate of 10+bps, in the tippmann manual it says fire rate of 11+ bps, do u ever think anyone can hti 11 bps on a stock tippy, NO, i bet 6 is what most people shoot if that, so im going to say a sential can shoot max 8, and i would be suprised if u hit that, so it comes down to a poorly built marker that shoot 13 bps, and a well made one that shoot 7 bps, and the dragun isnt poorly built its the elctronics that arent very good

Since when was anyone concerned with the flow on the bolt of a black dragun let alone any blowback? Sure they may just be as high flow, but can you tell the difference? The major point that you seem to be avoiding is quality. I think you hit it on the head when you said the electronics on the dragun were poorly made. Why stop there? I think they also have cheap anno, and the draguns I have seen all have rough edges, whether they are on the bolt or elsewhere.
If you pick up any of the latest action markers guns (not the 1st gen sentinal with the bad detentes that's been on the self of the store since AM first started) You will not find any cut corners, rough edges or any sign of poor QC. AM tests each and every gun before it leave the factory with paint and chronos them below 280. They are committed to making excellent products.
The main nice thing about the delrin bolt on the sentinel is that it's light weight, and that leads to less kick as you shoot. It is also very fast to feild strip.
As for the sentinel electro, there are only 2 I know of in existance. One camo sentinel that AM retrofitted with a centerflag frame, and the diadem prototype.
The Diadem should be on the mills as we speak, and the prototype is currently doing 27 bps. You must have a halo b (or the halo c :) ) to take advantage of it! It is the same size as the sentinel however it is not a sear tripper, but a fully electro-pneumatic.

Oh! Wow! That's pretty impressive, you've only had to send you gun to the manufacturer twice! Good quality...
